Lost quite a bit of muscle mass, so gradually getting back into daily strength training now. 👍👍 💪💪

Good work bjorn im 57 and was sparring with the 21 year old south west champion of england for 3 x 3 min rounds regularly. But he cracked one of my ribs . I did not realise untill the next sparring session. My wife said we have a 20 month old baby to look after i need you to put your ego away and hang up the gloves as i need you fit and active . Just stick to the coaching . Shes scary so i quit . But fair play your a strong geezer

As I said, these are only the top working sets. Rowing is an assistance exercise.
