I feel something you forget about comparing the cards at the end is RTX's other features. It's definitely an excellent streaming card with Nvidia broadcast's webcam effects/background removal being second to none saving money on a greenscreen, as well as RTX Voice within the app. Not to mention Nvidia's current stream encoder being excellent. AMD's DLSS competitor is also a consideration, though it depends on the roll out which we've yet to see much of outside of the release supported titles. When I was 13 I worked all summer to buy a GTX 970 for $350 in this same form factor and it lasted me until I graduated high school lol.
A longer and more in depth video. Nice.
The peel at the beginning had my hopes up. Then you rip it to shreds 🤣🤣
This is actually the right GPU size for someone like me with a Node 202 as his PC case.
Really hope prices go down eventually again and we still see more cards like this, no matter what vendor.
The RX580 is amazing but I'd love to have something more powerful. Otherwise I'd have to deal with risers.
its rather impressive it stayed so cool with a tiny heatsink and fan
I saw one of these at the local CEX shop for £550 but I didn't fancy it. I'll just have to make do with my RX 580 for the foreseeable future.
RX 580 is a beast card. It's not like you have some shit like a RX 560.
Worthy successor of the 1060 6gb mini
When you said it's quite audible I expected way louder, this is nothing xD
"Small but Powerful" thats what she said
3:12 Due to different audio levels on viewer side, you should consider putting some reference for a noise level showcase. Loudly ticking clock would be suitable for this task.
Do not doubt it - Palit cards are reliable ! Would buy again !
A velca case and you got yourself a pretty cool setup if you ask me.
I have to admit that I'm quite impressed with the Palit 3060, great performance for a small card, although as you said the price is a tad too high at the moment ;) Excellent video, love watching your stuff, keep up the great work!!
Definitely, this card should be close to $200 less for it to be worth the price
What a gigantic Heatsink for CPU...
It thicker than average RTX 3000s... 😂
I love this small GPU...
My church now using GTX 1660 with small size, look so cute..
pretty sure the stutters in Fortnite are game related, been having issues with it as well with my RTX 3080
I have the same model design but its a 1660super, I've been mining 24/7 for almost a year at this point I can definetly recommend this brand.
Strip the shroud and strap a Noctua NF-A12x15 fan to the heatsink, and you solved the biggest issue of this (and similar) card, the noise...
honestly the sound of that fan wouldn't bother me, I've been gaming with laptops for years now and now I've just gotten used to the sound of loud fans
You and your fascination with these Palit variants...It's almost impossible to see a Palit GPU in my area, even before this crisis...
I have a Palit 3060 \o/, but it is the duel fan version with factory overclock. I doubt there would be much difference in performance though. I actually really like the cooler design on the duel fan version if you ever get the chance to take a look at one.
The pass through honey combe grill is pretty cool tbf. I have the 3060 Ti version.
Nvidia of course could always be throwing money at the problem to get developers using exclusively DLSS.
That sounds better then a ps4 fan running war zone lol
Could u do a video about your Nvidia control Panel settings to get that performance? I've an Rtx 3070 and sometimes the fps are so unestable in some cases, with alot of stutter. Nice video!!!
I like being reminded I made a big brain move buying an Asus GTX 1080 Ti Strix OC for MSRP. Thanks.
I can't wait to get a 3060 when the 6060 releases.
do you enjoy cyberpunk or just play it for the benchmark?
1:00 puts a brand new GPU on the ground outside 😱
