My Tricks to not suffering with ADHD anymore

  • I have been a performing artist for about 12 years now and these are a few things that I do to help me through the day with a brain that has as they call "ADHD"
    Hope it helps someone else discover or create their own skills, please let me know if you have found any tools or tricks that you can share.
    Also this is not a full proof fix or solution, it just helps a bit. I do still struggle at times. I would love to hear from anyone else that has coping mechanisms.
