SALMON MARINADE

A great salmon marinade
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbs Soya Sauce
2 tbs Garlic
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup rum or whisky
1 tbs brown sugar
1 large zip lock bag
mix all ingredients together and pour over the salmon in the zip lock bag.
Best to marinade for 6-8 hr in the fridge
