- We challenged chefs of three different skill levels - an amateur, a home cook, and a professional - to prepare a salmon dish of their choice. After each of them had offered up their creation, we asked a food scientist to review their work. Which salmon looks the most slammin'?

Then collect and distill Arctic seawater for his seasalt. Then he needs to go to Italy to harvest his lemons and sun ripe tomatoes. Then he needs to stop in Ireland on the way back to dig out his potatoes. Shoud be ready to start cooking in about a year.
