this is genuienly an amazing piece of software, I bought a 13th gen laptop to go to LAN tourneys so i dont have to take my desktop around and just plug it to an external 240hz monitor but I was genuienly dissapointed with the performance in valorant, the fps was so unstable it would drop to 150 which would feel awful, but with some tweaks and disabling hyperthreading for valorant and put team speak and spotify to 4 E cores i genuienly never saw the game drop bellow 300 fps even in the most chaotic moments and with rivatuner the 0.1% was 200 which is actually really respectable. I did so much debloating, registry stuff and ProcessLasso and got where i wanted eventually. Awesome video man keep it up, I love the no bullshit approach.

At first I was a bit scheptical when Disabling SMT, as you will see have of your cores unkmarked, but Disabling SMT is really a massive game changer. Make sure Core 0 is deactivated too as Panjno said. I am an FPS chaser for the best and smoothest gameplay possible, and it really works. Don't feel afraid, and give it a try. You will see the changes inmediately. Good job Panjno, as always.

For example, Medieval Dyansty and Plague's Tale: Requiem do benefit of it. But Legacy of Thieves, for example, doesn't. So it is up to the game, and to find the sweet spot by tuning correctly. It is not just about "one click" action. Enjoy the tweaking ;-)

Thank You! I’ve watched a lot of you’re videos for gaming optimizations. You helping people like me who was running 40-70 fps avg, get the most out of there pc. Since then I’m reaching 150-160 fps off stream & on stream I’m getting 70-114 fps which before I was never reaching 100 frames. I’m excited to do this as I see this potentially helping me and further increasing my fps on stream.. if I can get close to 90-120 avg fps on stream I’ll be happy. If not I just remind myself I could be hitting as low as 25-30 fps highest - 40-70 fps. After doing it and physically seeing the increase of fps, I was sooo happy! Now I’m telling people I know who runs a 3070 that’s not even reaching its full potential. Thank you again for everything! Because of you and you’re optimization videos, I’m getting the desired frames I wanted for a long time.
hey for me i put all my settings in process lasso but for some reason it doesn’t apply. It says that i applied it but when i look if it’s applied it says it’s in normal priority, 1-8 cords active etc
for many games, like anything on Epic, change the launcher's affinity and then the games should copy that affinity automatically, and maybe you also might need to change anticheat affinity but idk.
this helped me to at least get around 40/50fps max, but sometimes it drops to 19 or 20 but stays mostly around 40 and 50 and sometimes 60, when i set it to high it didn't help as much, but setting it up to highest helped mostly
WOW, I bought Elden ring with the dlc a while back and it was stuttering a lot on my nitro 5, although now with this video, it still hits the same fps but it barely stutters which is very good, and am very happy that i watched your video, thank you man, :)

You should probably set your framerate limit to match to refresh rate of your monitor (so 144 fps). Theres no difference between 144 fps and 2000 fps if your monitor is 144 hz

This worked one time for me, I had affinity set for MW3 and then while testing I changed affinity back to default and now all I get is error codes(0x6d) will not set affinity at all. Sucked too because it really was giving great results during tweaking and testing. I’m super bummed

@@mesmoriserop7352 Deactivating runtimebroker has a side effect if you install or download apps from the ms store it will propmt you an error .while me I dont really use it regularly so i decided to uninstalled and deactive microsoft store and other services of microsoft store belongings. well.. You can disable services such as gamebar presence writer, Antimalware Service Executable, and others that taking up most of your resources etc..

Did you make changes to the BIOS before? If so, did you make the same changes after the format? & Are you sure it was caused by formatting your computer and not a hardware issue? You should do a PC health check to be completely sure, by the way
You probably won’t reply (as this is the trend I’ve noticed in your videos) but will the changes to advanced setting of the system cause crashes or overheating?

These are really unnecessary optimizations, you really dont need these nor it will increase fps ingame. What really matters at the end of the day is the amount of background apps running, your nvidia or AMD settings, your windows settings and your BIOS settings. Your ram timings and your hardware plays most important role other than these.

All it did is make the optimization I did before useless. I wouldn’t recommend doing that if you’ve already did others optimization, or you’ll found yourself like you did nothing before.

Hi Panjino, great video as usual. For some reason I cannot enable Disable Hyper-threading, it just revers everything back in that section. Is there any way I can fix that?
I did everything in the video on an i5 12600k and 3070. On Warzone I dropped from a normal 170ish FPS down to 120. I then went back to CPU Affinity and took off the disable hyper-threading (selected none) and now I'm sitting at 190... Just a heads up.
As mentioned, the affinity (SMT/hyperthreading) may not increase FPS in all games, but its great to be able to control it for certain games where it can!

My valorant fps went from 400 to 500 fps, not much noticeable in-game since I have a 144hz monitor, but still an improvement. I use Ryzen 7 5800.
You should probably set your framerate limit to match to refresh rate of your monitor (so 144 fps). Theres no difference between 144 fps and 2000 fps if your monitor is 144 hz

Process lasso won’t change from normal priority to high it just stays normal for apex legends. Is that normal?

You probably need to disable it in your BIOS-UEFI system.
