Its in great original shape dear sir. Love the little Honda's. I owned 3 cubs, 3 SS-50s, PC50, ST50, C310, S90, Novio and an Amigo in the past. Only one SS50 and a S90 left.

You can get a C90 into the back of a Zafira standing up 😁 I've done it several times, remove the mirrors and reverse the bike in Rear wheel and number plate behind the driver's seat and tip the bike to get the handlebars in then drag the wheel to the offside and your C90 will stand upright in your Zafira Means you can transport with fuel etc and if your strong you can even lift just enough to put the centre stand down and its rock solid Sorry sold my Zafira in December otherwise I would send pics

When i got my C50 it stopped all the time, couldn't find nothing wrong with it untill i discovered that the chokelever went up in the wind and choked the hell out of it. A rubberband did the trick. :)
As much as I love the idea of this video, I am a little skeptical about the diagnostics being given. The guy appears to understand how bikes work in general, but contrary to the way he talks, he doesn't appear to have much knowledge about the cubs specifically. For example, I have owned 25+ of these honda cubs and I have never had rust around the seat area or top of the rear fender. That is usually the nicest paint because it is protected by the seat. The most common places where rust shows up is the rear swing arm, muffler, inside the gas tank, and the battery compartment where the acid sometimes eats away the paint. The sticky throttle is common for any bike that has been sitting with old gas. The slide gets varnished and sticky. Also, if the shifting is clunky that is an indication that the clutch is wearing slightly and it usually just needs a quick adjustment (tighten adjuster nut, back out 1/8 turn). Overall excellent video, very entertaining!
kmeachs I think he means under the fender and eats through to the top side under the seat. Because the wheels throw rocks under the fender chipping away the paint and metal surface exposing the metal and rusting away.
Great bike and nice video bro. I got an issue with my c50 from 1976. In my country its impossible to find those bloody 6v bulbs so I asked the mechanic if he could change it to 12v. Now the bike works very well with led lamp and it definitely improves the sad default lighting of 6v. The problem is that every two days i got to recharge the battery because dont get charged whit bike's power. I hope someone can help me with this. Good vibes!
Great video, please dump the horrible music overriding the sound of the bike. Couldn't even hear the difference from before and after exhaust stud/sealing was done. If I want to listen to music, I'll listen to it myself or watch a music video. Thanks. RichE
Wish still had my dad's k reg c90 with white tool box etc covers he rode to work in mid 1970s. That's why I like motorbikes. For some reason it had quite nobbly rear tyre from Honda dealer.

When you push the gear lever down you are DIS-engaging the clutch - not engaging it. That's why the bike won't move forward when you push down and twist the throttle. You've disengaged the clutch. Eh?

sorry,50cc and 90cc.i didnt read your original question again.I grew up on a c50,we used to get about 42 mph out of it flat out using an alluminium chair leg as a straight through exhaust pipe.My friend took the engine apart so many times that he became a motorcycle mechanic and now has his own business! We spent more time off road than on,as long as the grounds dry you can go almost anywhere.
i considered getting one and putting a 150cc pit bike engine in it but looking at the prices on ebay they are going for a lot of money.They used to change hands for £50 now is more like £1500 !
This was great, beautiful bike! I purchased my first two wheeler last year; which was a Honda Cub/Symba 110! I was hoping that he'd show how he fixed the stiff throttle in this video though, as mines is getting a bit stiff now whenever I rev up and down. Cheers from America! ~Rhashad

x2 on the clutch, sir. Not sure these hacks know how to adjust a clutch. The adjustment will solve the clunkiness.
I have! the older one's had a double skin on the whole rear mudguard, that was a big rust trap.
Nope, that's the most common place to rust through. Mine broke in half.

here in greece many people use cubs and glxes and they tune them as much as possible (btw they are about 20 yo)

its just the cylinder/bore size,one is 70cc and the other 90cc approx. is the same bike basically.
