She is easily the BEST companion in the entire game. Ashara Zavros came close, but her fucking head is so thick, she can't get it through that dark side is more powerful. With converting Jaesa through combat, and exposing her masters weakness, you basically feel like a badass.

Remember, the rule of two didn't exist till Darth Bane. there wasn't any necessity of an apprentice killing a master. So as a sith you could train somebody, form a romantic connection, and both be completely loyal while staying in the code. They technically don't even have to kill you to become a master/lord. So... take all that as you will

I mean Ashara joins you out of necessity and the manipulation is more subtle. You do not have to cause a scene with Ashara or kill her parents or her master instead you use something much more effective. You learn about her through recordings of her past and then use her pride and curiosity to get her to take the bait.
I Just imagind...being born as her child would be so terrifying and disturbing. But it would be funny if you meet her in the knew storyline again/with one of your kids.
Okay, after having watched both light and dark side Jaesa all I can say is the Dark side version has sooo much more personality. The light side version ends up sounding like a lobotomized drone. As I'm doing Human Sith light right now (well more grey as a believer of Revan), my next character will be a Sith race Dark side Juggernaught. I just don't like how stupid the Dark side corruption looks. I mean the Dark side doesn't affect everyone like that.
You can tell how Cook (her VA) gives absolutely zero effort when Jaesa is her boring goody-two-shoes self, but the minute she turns evil, she gives out a 10/10 performance. Being able to reenact your naughty power fantasies almost in real life makes all the difference I guess.

Actually it's surprisingly backwards, jedi focus on controlling there emotions to stay balanced in the force, this is why they are supposed avoid attachments to avoid problems such as saving someone over performing there duties and as such casual flings and such things are all jedi are really allowed to do while following the jedi traditions, while sith are focused by holding no restraint on there passions and emotions, this means that they often are far more likely to form meaningful attachments the only problem is that the dark side push's darker emotions to the for front so many of there relationships the sith becomes possesive and controlling. Hell the sith in the trailers for this game Darth Malgus was actually married to the tweilek in the trailers for the game (you know the attack with the sith on the jedi temple) However because another sith realized he could exploit it in there politics, Malgus was forced to kill his wife to protect himself from that weakness. (Admittedly he then went to the guy's estate and visciously beat down and killed the other sith for putting in the position where he had to do that.)
I have no idea why but I must be slow beyond compare: It just struck me that Baras is a member of the Dark Council, given the "Darth" Title- I never realized that was his Title, I just thought it was a rather catchy name or something XD!!!
Um... yeah? But he has the darth title for the entirety of the Sith warrior story, and yet he only becomes a member of the Dark Council towards the end. In other words, the darth title is not exclusive to the Dark Council, there are dozens of high ranking sith with the title. Such as Darth Zath, Darth Skotia, Darth Malgus, Darth Silthar and the Emperor's Wrath... to name a couple. ;)

Actually it's surprisingly backwards, jedi focus on controlling there emotions to stay balanced in the force, this is why they are supposed avoid attachments to avoid problems such as saving someone over performing there duties and as such casual flings and such things are all jedi are really allowed to do while following the jedi traditions, while sith are focused by holding no restraint on there passions and emotions, this means that they often are far more likely to form meaningful attachments the only problem is that the dark side push's darker emotions to the for front so many of there relationships the sith becomes possesive and controlling. Hell the sith in the trailers for this game Darth Malgus was actually married to the tweilek in the trailers for the game (you know the attack with the sith on the jedi temple) However because another sith realized he could exploit it in there politics, Malgus was forced to kill his wife to protect himself from that weakness. (Admittedly he then went to the guy's estate and visciously beat down and killed the other sith for putting in the position where he had to do that.)
Both the Jedi and the Sith discourage romantic attachements, each for their own reasons.

I have no idea why but I must be slow beyond compare: It just struck me that Baras is a member of the Dark Council, given the "Darth" Title- I never realized that was his Title, I just thought it was a rather catchy name or something XD!!!
Um... yeah? But he has the darth title for the entirety of the Sith warrior story, and yet he only becomes a member of the Dark Council towards the end. In other words, the darth title is not exclusive to the Dark Council, there are dozens of high ranking sith with the title. Such as Darth Zath, Darth Skotia, Darth Malgus, Darth Silthar and the Emperor's Wrath... to name a couple. ;)
Cameron McCollum huh… I always just thought darth was for the council members… It stated in wiki (if i read it right) that even though members of the dark council were in the dozens, they would only ever all meet at once if the emperor himself came in person : /
