It had ordered that Honda makes good cars. I had the CR-V SENSING 2022. really good experience from Honda. The BRAKE HOLD feature and the 9spd auto only needs buttons to engage P, R, N, D! I like the features! And the reason that it had a rev limiter is because the redline is 6.5-8,000 RPM. Maybe the 6k RPM wouldn’t have any limiters
LITTLE ERROR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE VIDEO, THE TOP OF THE LINE MODEL OF THIS CIVIC IS A 1.5 ENGINE TURBO. NOT A 2.0. I'VE ADDED AN ANNOTATION REGARDING THIS MATTER, BUT IT WON'T SHOW UP ON THOSE WHO ARE VIEWING THE VIDEO ON A MOBILE. THANK YOU
Man, I subbed to you when u had like 100 subs or something. And left for awhile because your older videos where too similar to Saabkyle's vids. But I watched this review, and its pretty good. Keep up the good work. I will definitely stick around.
wala na masyado haters sa mga vids mo na miss ka ata dhl tagal mo din nawala hahaha more videos please! try mo test drive din cars na nirereview mo suggestion lang ;)
Just bough it! And it's 1.5T -unbelievable powerful. Worth my money. I did try Mazda 3 sport , Toyota CHR. But I still go for Honda Civic RS. (Heater seat, 12 sound speaker, 127 power, Apple play) , just what I need! Ps,(Mazda 3 is 113 power)
I can't wait to get myself one though I'm afraid i'll need to make a list of roads with giant speed bumps that I need to avoid. That ground clearance is scary low.
Hey Man, I watch a lot of car reviews and I got to say, you're doing real good! Once everything gets serious, try to get some glamour shots and nice footage of the car as an intro, and I can tell you're inspired by SaabKyle, so you gotta try and go into your own style of reviewing, talk about the cars in your own way! These are your reviews ;) Watch some videography tutorials to perfect your camera angles, and keep up the good work!
Thank you so much! I will try do my own little by little. The reason I kept saabkyle04's format is that it simply works and is very entertaining as well. Thank you sir.
ang saabkyle ng pilipinas:D Nice review sir! suggest ko lang sir, bili kayo ng Camera Stabilizer para mas maganda kuha ng camera niyo. yun lang. more videos to come :D
I have the current 9th gen UK Civic 5 door, I think it looks better inside and out than the model in this video. I don't think I'll upgrade to the 10th gen as I don't like that it's about 6 inches longer, plus I don't like electric handbrakes or the fact this doesn't appear to have magic seats!
I recommend tinting the tail lights so it doesn't get insane scratches and changing the rusty manifold/front exhaust pipe so it doesn't corrode on the new engine and engine block smh
It's interesting to know that in the Philippines the top of the line civic is regarded as RS while here in America we call it the Touring (which I own). Nice to see that you guys have paddle shifters but we don't. And how come the chromed on the outer part of the car are black? How much is the RS? I'm just curious to know. Do the civics have Honda Sensing technology package?
I have a quick question I have a 2016 civic EX-T model but those headlights are looking nice, did they come with the RS model if so how did you get access to the this trim and how would i get those headlights
How do i actually disengage the VSA/traction control? based on the manual, i need to hold the button for a while until i hear a beep. But it doesn't do anything - at least on my newly acquired Civic RS. It doesn't even show up on the dash if it's on or not similar to this video.
MsWRX Cause you already have the Honda civic Si. The philippines still haven't got the Si and we are dying to get either a manual RS Turbo or the Civic Si.
The Civic RS is an Asian only variant of the Civic Sedan, usually the Si in America come with the beefier 2.0l engine rather than the 1.5t on this model. These cars will never see the U.S. Shores but the Si is mostly it's own type of Civic outside of the RS line.
+the Asus pro Mac is a lie no old civic produced more than 220hp. The EK9 civic from the 90's that you are probably talking about produced 180hp at 5800rpm when vtec kicked in. Look at it this way. To get performance out of the 1,6 Type R you must always be above 6000rpm but with this one, you have a turbo for low rpm torque and the vtec+turbo for high end torque. I believe the civic has advanced a lot by following a more international character, because the EK9 was jdm only, and that is why it has turbos and a longer wheelbase, in order to compete with the others. You can't compare the old Type R with this RS. Wait for the new Type R. The Type R was a road going race car and of course it is better in driving, but ill wait for the new one to see the differences.
George Vranos the new is out but only in the U.K which is stupid the law here let's you smoke weed, have guns, and other stuff yet they won't let you have a JDM what's up with that!?!!
honda fucking needs to revamp the back of their cars. They look like fucking ufos. The front got corrected over the years but the back simply stays shitty as always
on point... scary low at 133mm ground clearance butas butas pa nman mga daan dito sa pinas not to mention the humps na parang ewan... but deym it really is a looker in person...
madza 3 looks good too and with a higher ground clearance BUT road and wind noise in the cabin is a little too unbearable for me the last time i test drove it..
I have a 2017/2018 model Honda Civic RS Turbo sedan in New Zealand. The car is similar, not identical, but similar to the Si. Externally the RS has smaller grills on the front and rear bumpers with mold lines that look more aggressive and still with the Piano Black trim with an option from Chrome instead. Wheels are Piano Black with a chrome inlay and the options list a "Modulo" body kit for the sills and under the bumpers which I have on my car also with chrome exhaust finishers. Internally the specs again are similar but instead of the cloth seats on the Si, the RS comes standard with a full executive look leather interior. The biggest difference on the interior which couples to the engine is a 7 speed CVT Transmission with paddle shifters on the steering wheel unlike the Si which has a 6 Speed manual transmission. In normal drive mode it is very responsive and the shifters can be used but after 10 seconds, it reverts back to automatic mode. When selecting sport mode on the transmission, the shifters are permanently active so you must change up manually however it will change down automatically when slowing down eg at intersections, lights etc. The rest of the interior on the RS shares the same interactive system on the main screen with Apple and Android connectivity. Now for the big difference with the engine. The RS runs the same 1.5L 4-cylinder Turbo charged engine as the Si version however the RS for the New Zealand and S.E Asia markets have VTEC unlike the Si for the US market. Personally I had only driven a Civic with VTEC once prior to owning my own and it was a friends 1992 Civic hatch and I drove it just last year. It rev'd all day long and didn't miss a beat. Some reviews i've seen of the Si comment on the fact that it won't rev to high before the fuel cuts out and gets to about 5,000rpm before requiring a shift change. With the RS, I don't know if it has anything to do with it as I'm no expert, but I had the rpms up to around 6,500-7000 the other day in 5th and it still felt like it would keep going although the speed was getting a bit scary at this point and was running out of road. So this tells me that perhaps the engine for the US market may have been dialed down slightly by not having the VTEC and perhaps it has been deliberately muted in order make the new Type R more appealing for the real petrol heads. We have the Type R here in NZ now but personally the styling, whilst edgy and aggressive, is not to my liking. The Civic RS Sedan is more refined and sophisticated and in areas better looking that the Si with the slightly different bumper grills and fog light surrounds. That's just my ten cents worth just to give an idea of some of the differences between the US and Asia/Pacific market Honda Civic and not to be taken as criticism towards either market nor do I work in the car industry and therefore am not affiliated with the Honda brand. While ignoring the annoying voice, this the 2017 Civic RS th-cam.com/video/aVDAkEU9W8Y/w-d-xo.html

Hi Patrick Can Review Of Honda Mobilio RS
honda fucking needs to revamp the back of their cars. They look like fucking ufos. The front got corrected over the years but the back simply stays shitty as always
I like the back a lot. When you see the car in person its much better. The detail inside the case is really cool.
still miles ahead of what we got in europe !!!
it needs more power like for a turbo car pushing 175 hp thats really weak
+KrpytedKid 1.5T, man If it was a 2.0T that is a different history
The tail lamps look like that because if you look closely it makes the letter C. Which is for the Civic.

Theres no RS in the US! :(
But the US is getting the Si very soon
+sm2by ah that's too true. Also excited for the hatchback version... Likely to be my next car. Or next Subaru Impreza, or Mazda 3. What do you think?
RS is known as the Touring trim in US or EX-T i think, RS definetly sounds cooler thou.
