my naturally aspirated Forester 2009 automatic transmission has developed this clunking under the following conditions: 1. only when accelerating - no sharp cornering would cause the noise if your foot is not pushing on the accelerator pedal 2. the clunking starts at speed over 30-40 km/h, accelerating at slower speeds is not producing clunking 3. both condition 1) and 2) are necessary to trigger clunking, but the noise is getting more pronounced when the car is turning RIGHT, like on the roundabout. Also, turning RIGHT reduces the speed threshold when clunking first appears, so it would start at 20 km/h instead of 40 km/h when driving straight. I cannot determine the direction where the clunking is coming from.

KNOWLEDGE
What I hate most is see a video, ask a question and the person who created the video never answer. Why make a video then? My Kia soul 2012 has 69 K miles, all components should be fine. once I move back or front it make a noise like Klunk. Sway bar link are new, struts are news, sway bar bushing new, even new lower arm control with ball join.
Do you think could be Bolts and nuts been tighten without the car seat down on the floor? like those people recommend tighting the bolts with the tires on the floor?
Cry
Uhhh he answered your questions with what’s in the video🤡
Silly request. People don't have time to answer all questions.
