I had to make a sign for focus and air assist. Brain gets jumbled with making sure everything else is checked I forget these. This is GREAT. Thank You Again Sir.
'Enable Job Checklist' -- BRILLIANT! Thank you sir! I am a Patreon member and also follow your awesome Forum. You're information has been priceless to me.
I am so new with this art form. I just got my first laser about 3 weeks ago! I found your channel and thank you for all the information. You have taught this small town Alabama girl so much
I appreciate your dedication to getting videos out and helping people through their difficulties. Hope you can take rest, be healthy, recover quickly and be well. You're seemingly at your happiest doing this or fishing, in which case it's good for you to do. Always happy to see you on screen and to read you8r comments in the Forum. Glad to see you happy, too. - w
Rich, thanks for yet another great tip. Your videos are so full of information and inspiration it is hard to find words. Please go rest and let your body heal. We will all be here when you get back. Take care !! and do what the doctor says..
I remember seeing the "reminder" job, but forgot about it. SInce I have the chiller that is covered, but I always forget to focus. Thanks for reminding!
Didn't know about the surgery, do hope and saying a prayer that your recovery will go well. We need you up and running in good condition...LOL. I remember you mentioning in one of the videos about the checklist and I have been using it every sense. I am a checklist type of gal. It's a time saver and material saver.
I just made a list of things to check before starting the laser up. I was not aware of this setting in lightburn, thanks for letting us know, you are the Best.
Glad you’re on the mend but you did work very hard today. You (and your forum) were on my screen for about 5 solid hours today helping me out. Appreciate all you do and those who helped contribute info in the forum. 👏🏻👏🏻
Thank you for all of these great videos! I’m new to the laser world and just bought my first laser after watching your review on the comgrow. I spent yesterday setting it up and was so excited to get a practice run off this morning, but my laser light is a dud. But, I’m not discouraged. Watching your videos have been so helpful and I’m so excited to get started and growing :)
You are reading in my mind about the job checklist reminder. Literally a few days ago, I made a cardboard reminder on how to turn on air assist, which is attached right & tight next to the S9 head (I have a set with an air assist head from sculpfun). My cardboard stamp is like a road sign to remind you to switch on the air before the job ... but the software solution is more reliable. Cool!
Thank you very much for the information on the reminder list. I've tried post-its to help me remember to put on the air assist but they just seem to blow away. I hope you're healing and you'll get better soon.
hello rich, this one is right on target again, many will enjoy it if they use their laser and ligtburn and they say ho ho ho have you checked all that before you start.thanks for this info keep going.you do a good job.

Good day I am new to light burn software but manage to work around a lot of information. I own a Atomstack A5 pro+ laser engraver and just recently got the Atomstack r3 roller. Now the fun parts start here i do not get videos showing the settings for light burn on product mentioned. Could you help please Freek de Bruin South Africa
Thank you very much, will definitely use it. Can you tell me what other features were added? Also, noticed that when I'm cutting the tumbler ring ( download from fb file) it skips. Let me see if I can upload pictures
Great tip. Question though....it appears you run you jobs straight from the computer. I download my files to my laser then run them. Then delete them from the laser when the job is finished. Will this feature still work for me? I will not be able to get to my laser today......and curious minds want to know. Praying you heal quickly and completely Rich. Thanks again!
@@TheLouisianaHobbyGuy No Sir, Rich. I have the AP Lazer SN1812. It's the 30 watt CO2.....I didn't have room for the SN2816 90 watt.....but I will soon. Thanks!

you know what would be great? A directory of content. I watch your videos and when I run into a problem I remember you addressed it in a video..... somewhere..hmmmmmm where .. when? Anyway, keep up the good work and thank You.
Take care of yourself brother. It sucks when you get old and it takes longer to heal but if you dont take the time then it takes even longer. I know this all to well. It has taken over 2.5 years for my foot to heal and it still isnt all the way there. In my teens it would have been a couple weeks. Of course if I went and had the surgery on it taht is needed it would have probaly been much faster but we live in a system where insurance dont totally cover things and I do not want to go into medical debt.
