Did Aerolíneas Argentinas ever flied to Hong Kong? I read they did for a brief period of time via Auckland in the 1970s? If so, did they had 5th freedom rights in the AKL-HKG leg? Great video - thanks a lot!
Tampa0123456789 i think they stopped flying in 2006.. Im not sure if they are bought by other airlines or not.. I found out about this like a year ago on somebody's instagram post.. And now in a website dedicated to Varig airlines

If you watched the whole shaky video then you know you are a hard core airport enthusis. What's with that British airways tail?
Tampa0123456789 That was one of BA’s “World Tails”, they were a thing in the late 90s.
Muito bom mesmo esse vídeo!
Getting drunk from watching. Was this during an earthquake?
1:13 isn't that the ill fated B-18255?
huge crack under the tail that no-one had noticed for 15+ years
Agustin Bilbao not sure how you can tell... I have motion sickness from watching the video
Can't be sure as their 747-200s (3 of their 4) weren't converted to freighters until 1999.
Great stuff. What year ?
TheCulture sometimes for a brief moment it appears in the video 26/6/1998 :)
Varig was no longer to fly to Asia.
