I use Siberian Shilajit from Russia. Doesn't taste horrible to me. Shilajit basically taste like sweet potato ashes when you bake a sweet potato in the oven, if you pierce it before baking as I do, you have this juice that comes out and burns and sticks to the outside of the sweet potato.
