    Protocols Mentioned (I'm not a doctor, this is just what he said):
    [1:04] Tognkat Ali - 400mg per day
    [5:34] Fadogia Agrestis - 600mg per day
    Other Notes:
    - Testosterone makes effort feel good.
    - Becoming a dad increases prolactin. Prolactin is essentially like the opposite of testosterone.

    I’m 30 and work 80 hours a week running my construction business, it’s absolutely killed my testosterone. It’s crazy how much anxiety and stress can throw your body off. Guys, take care of your physical and mental health!

      @Meta_humane ปีที่แล้ว +28

      That's not true
      The more stress you get, the more testosterone you'll have.
      Also, there is a difference between feeling that you are stressed and actually being stressed.
      For example, you may feel stressed because of some project you are working on, but the amount of cortisol (stress hormone) that gets released when you exercise or take a cold shower or fast for a day, is way more than the amount released when you get emotional stress.
      So, the reason your testosterone is low is the same reason everyone else's testosterone is low.
      It's because of low stress and not the opposite.

    • @loganwolv3393
      @loganwolv3393 ปีที่แล้ว +49

      @@Meta_humane Why do you think that though? When you feel stressed you always have a lower drive for basically anything and guess what, the more stressed you get the more wired your brain becomes to get stressed easier the same way lifting weights gets you stronger, the same basic adaptation concept. And that means it's harder to get motivated because you weren't motivated in the first place so of course your testosterone baseline is decreased. Perhaps the only exception is when you feel both excited and anxious at the same time, when you're both afraid and motivated to do something.

    • @mauriciogonzalez6302

      I just know that I’ve been at this for 13 years. Trying to grow my business. I work both in and on the business. I labor pretty heavily for about 10 hours a day, when that’s over I come home and do back end stuff on a computer keeping track of of the numbers, clients, jobs, follow ups with customers and making sure payroll is accurate for my guys. I defiantly plan on phasing out of this but it’s hard to find competent help so I end up doing it until I can find decent help. Hoping it’s a short term sacrifice for a long term benefit when I can finally step out and the business can run smoothly with my hands on it constantly. I was just suggesting guys out there who are stretching themselves thin try to make time to take care of themselves, as I’m learning that the hard way.

So I went with injections 1 ml every 2 weeks but it takes about two weeks before you notice any change . My buddy was taking T replacement therapy but not from a doctor he bought the synthetic T from someone and injected himself . I said how do you know when your levels are high enough. But the best part the absolute best part is my free bench max is now 315 so it’s three 45s preside and the Olympic bar . But I always do it when there are a few younger guys trying to get 4 wheels up and they always ask me the same thing . They say how old are you I tell them 60 and they almost always respond the same way .... son of a bitch are you joking me i just laugh to myself . You have to put in the effort it doesn't just magically appear. I was expecting everything to magically improve but you have to push yourself to get started and once you put in the effort then the weight starts to drop and your depression begins to lift and you then want to make the effort. In my early 40's I was underweight and miserable. I tried force feeding myself in spite of low appetite, and weight trained, but was catabolic, i.e., I got worse, no results, just miserable. Found out I was suffering from low t (hypogonadism) and low blood pressure. Started on exogenous TRT and within 9 months I went from 148 lbs. to 178 lbs. Here's the kicker...my waist size stayed at 33" the whole time. Strength up, weight up, and overall sense of well-being up. Stressors that used to be debilitating, especially those from my difficult career, rolled off me (and still roll off) like water off a duck's back. I'm in my early 60's now and happily retired. Man! This video is a gem of knowledge.💯 Question for anyone that can answer: Does going through a stressful situation causes test level to drop since cortisol is high at the moment? For example, 2 months ago I lost my job. Needless to say I felt very stressed during those 3 weeks without working. But when I got a new job 3 weeks later, I felt like my usual self again (good happy mood). Does that mean outside factors (non-biological factors) affect test levels? I know it’s kind of a convoluted, complicated long question, but I’m just curious. Thanks to anyone that can answer this.

Strength and size was amazing with lgd, bench went from 225x5 to 225x10. Now I'm off sarms and found testosterone recently. Didn't get any test levels done at a doctor. Just went on it taking the recommended dosage. Can't believe the results. Not quite the strength gain of sarms but the muscle size gain and the constant feeling of hard muscle pumped feel similar to sarms. Highly recommend any testosterone to men over 40/45

    Former high level athlete here: National champ in high school, 3x NCAA all american in college- I was a serious stud in my 20s- like just below the level of qualifying for the olympic trials and now in my early 50s. I've never used performance enhancers at any time I was competing- (all natural) but some years later in my late 30s long after not competing or training at any higher level my T levels were measured due to infertility (low motility). I was WAY low on T. Like down in the 300s. Libido was fine then as well as muscle mass and stamina. But my T levels were off. They had me on chlomid for a while and that did the trick for the short term and put me up in the 800s (noticed some rage during that ramp up--- but unfortunately it didn't improve sperm motility at all though). We ended up doing IVF.
    Up until turning 51, I could roll Jiu Jitsu with all the young guys and out work guys half my age just from having a really good engine driving my body. But following the 2020-22 shut downs, my stamina and muscles went to hell. Partly due to stress, but obviously age is catching up with me.
    So now in my 50s- I know my levels would not be any better than when I had them measured years ago and I tried this per this podcast. I didn't notice much of a bump in the gym (or running) but did experience some negative side effects including increased anxiety, increased insomnia, and I've noticed my libido has gone down significantly. I'm approaching 2 months and have started experiencing diarrhea for the past week which I can't trace back to any food. This and the libido failing thing ramped up at the same time. Note that Chlomid actually hurt my libido too- so that may be a "me" thing.
    Honestly the little bump I think I felt - which may be imaginary and same as if I had done a placebo, wasn't enough to justify doing a supplement routine beyond regular multi vitamins. Going to stop per the appearance of diahrea, no measurable gain along with the side effects. Although testing says it should have no risks and at worst do nothing, it's a non-dietary substance which ALWAYS has some risk whether you choose to aknowledge it or not is up to you.
    Anyway- that's my experience.

    34M 6’3” 250lbs - been struggling with VERY low T for 2-3 years. Symptoms are brutal; zero sex drive, depression, no energy/motivation, couldn’t sleep, foggy brain, etc. Finally got bloodwork done last April and was at 96 ng/dL. Dabbled with TRT via a prescribed 100mg auto-injector 2x/week called Xyosted. Stupid expensive. Finally got in with a proper Endocrinologist, my MRI uncovered a benign and somewhat common pituitary tumor (macro-prolactinoma) which was wildly over producing prolactin, thus tanking my T. Now after 6 months of being on the miracle pill Cabergoline (surgery not required somehow), I’m back up into the 250’s ng/dL, feeling like myself again, boning again, and continuing to head in the right direction!
    I feel like there’s a lot of other men out there that might be experiencing the soul-crushing low T symptoms but just brushing it off. Start with getting full bloodwork done with your primary. If you don’t have a primary doc, order an at-home test. I got served up an ad for Everlywell on Insta years ago and that’s what got me heading towards better health. Good luck men.

    I quit my job in a restaurant shortly after being moved from doing dishes to being a waiter, because I knew being a waiter was making my testosterone low (due to the requirements of the job) and it was making my depressed. I sound crazy when I trying to explain this to people. I can feel when I have more testosterone, my voice gets deeper, I have more energy and drive, I’m more attracted to women, and my anxiety goes away. Doing activities which increases T levels naturally, like martial arts and surfing has had a huge positive impact on my mental health. Testosterone is the real deal.

    • @joshrice2057
      @joshrice2057 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      A waiter can endure a ton of stress mixed with a hostile environment which creates anxiety this raises cortisone and cortisone will hammer down testosterone. To much masturbation or sex will create a negative impact on the brain making us into introverts and this creates anxiety. Im a maintenance worker dealing with tons of new faces on a daily and it put a huge roll on my anxiety issues. But I noticed" as long as I can keep sex no less then every 4 days I'm at ease and alot happier. "I know this because I have had my testosterone tested afther having sex everyday for a few weeks littlerly drove my levels to sub 200. "Sex every 4 days my levels fall around 450ish.
      May want to consider this.

    Worth noting: I saw multiple endocrinologists- Drs who specialise in hormones - due to low testosterone. All had screening questions regarding use of anabolic or natural test boosters.
    They said using natural test boosters such as Tongkat Ali or Ashwaganda can cause the pituitary gland ( which signals to the testes to produce more testosterone through LH/FSH signals ) to fizzle out.
    Think of it like running an engine on boost all the time, it’ll burn out.
    Worth leaving it alone.
