Just made this for my pescatarian wife who doesn’t like peppers, pepper, onion, I can’t take any spice level including extra black pepper. It was fantastic! We both loved it!!! There really was a fantastic display of different flavors. This is one of the best things I’ve cooked.

You gave me a great idea. I'm going to make this for Christmas instead of the traditionnal pork and meat balls that we usually serve with turkey and meatpie. I always thought there was too much meat. Thank you for sharing sweeti.😊

I made just the meatballs because I have to order the sweet smoked paprika to make the sauce. Even so, they were so delicious! I wrapped them with a nice soft lettuce and enjoyed myself- yum.
Made this exactly as per the recipe and served with roast potatoes and your Mediterranean Black Bean Salad. That smoked paprika sauce is a real winner with applications beyond just this recipe.
I can now say I can cook Spanish food!! ❤ this channel x Thank you Albert I love learning and eating new tastes :) now let’s see what my Spanish neighbours scores me!

This was immensly good. I swapped shallot for onion, herbs de proince for the cumin, basil for the parsley, and I added a quarter cup of cheese to the sauce. Delicious recipe 😊 Subscribed!

I always grate raw onion for any meatballs, that way the flavor is there and no risk of a bad texture.

You can also use an ice cream scoop to help shape the balls.

Forget the egg, just use the aquafaba from the chickpeas (no waste).
