I had to come back 4 years later and say this has to be the evilest ditch in paternity court history. I hope nothing good came to her and I hope the mother of that child had enough sense to keep her son far away from the fathers family!!!!!
There is an update about this case on a future show, sadly the grandma and aunty didn’t change. They turned their backs on him along with his entire family for siding with ‘white trash’. Last I heard him, the baby and the baby mama were broke and homeless living in a shelter because no one in his family would help them.

I've been on the receiving end of this level of toxicity, my parents are Ghanaian, I'm white....and you can probably guess, I'm adopted and they took me on when I was 9 days old. My parents are the best people I've ever known, and I am forever grateful to call them my mum and dad. They taught me, clothed me, loved me, fed me, educated me about their culture, taught me manners and good ethics, gave me an insight into their world. They treated me not even an iota different to their biological children.
The community shunned me, pushed me out, refused to accept me because I am 'Not one of them'. They shunned my parents too. I'm not welcome in their church, I'm not welcome at the community gatherings.
I won't call it racism, I won't call it prejudice, I'll call it what it is, straight up disrespect and toxicity to a man and a woman who took in a sickly baby abandoned by his drug addict mother and raised me for 35 years now. This paternity court case is no different. If they stopped judging and started loving, the world would be a brighter place for everyone.

My exhusband's mother always treated my baby differently than her other grandkids. Never addressed her by her name, wouldn't even call for her birthday. Eventually, I just cut all ties with her. Not even on her deathbed did she want to make amends. Glad I was able to protect my child by removing her from that family.

I think that depends where you live. In the uk we don't care what shade of skin people have. Racism isn't tolerated here. Ms.Jackson maintained her composure extremely well after being attacked by 2 BIG, IGNORANT women. He's a WEAK man to allow his sister (that clearly has business because she's waay to invested in his), & mother to COMPLETLEY disrespect the mother of his child & child! Regardless of how they may feel about her, there's no reason to verbally attack an innocent child. I truly hope she listened to the judge's remarks @ the end & keep her child away from them.
