I think the most relieving part about his paternity results is that when he files for divorce, he can verify all the kids are his and have a better chance at getting custody.

He can if their state is a at fault state. So states like those can make you lose court battles when it comes to divorce courts. Basically if your getting a divorce and your partner cheated, you will most likely get custody unless the child isn’t yours or any other reason you can’t legally take the child.

@@yoag1108 Well Valentine's Day was specifically started by a diamonds company when they were trying to figure out a way to sell more of their jewelry. So they began to run ads of guys presenting ladies with these nice gifts and slowly it became a thing.
The rest of the holidays (major ones) stem from some historical event and it revolves around getting together, celebrating, and having a good time. Not so much focused on the exchange of gifts. Although in our time, everything is now being marketed and exploited by companies for their own personal gain.
My point is that Valentine's Day was/is engineered to pressure men into buying nice gifts for their women to show how much they love them. Because other women would brag to one another about what they got. They played on our psyche and everyone fell for it.
I know a friend with abandonment issues and even she is loyal to her significant other. The way she wants to blame her husband and make him the bad guy is beyond me.
This dude works very hard at his job to support this woman and his kids, and even though he may not have enough time for her, he seems like the kind who would do his best to make room for time with his wife.
P.S. Shouldn't Valentine's day be for couples and not going to someone else? He may have not given you anything, but he probably wanted to give you time with each other, so why ditch him and spend Valentine's day with someone who's literally history? This guy seriously needs to get a divorce from her. I feel it'll take a turn for the worse if he doesn't.

Even if you prove it with 100% solid evidence, it won't still provide you custody neither will it save you from alimony or child support even if the child is not your biological kid. Should've seen her face when the California judge gave me custody of the kids. All three of them, her boyfriend, her unfaithful best friend and she. They had the gall to go to court and lie. Well, after the child psychologist and the court counselor testified on my behalf, judge wasn't too pleased to award me custody. He saddled me with excessive child and spousal support payments, which I got back at the end of the year in tax refunds. A year later my home county court in a small town in Texas terminated any and all payments issued by the California Court. Which had violated the Texas court's jurisdiction regarding spousal support. So, the Texas court assumed original jurisdiction in the divorce/child custody case.

She had mental health problems though, which is one if the reasons she knew she couldn't properly take care of me. It was a hard decision for her. Unfortunately she committed scuicide 2 years ago. My brother who was also adopted from a different family, does have some abandonment issues though. But hes been able to work through them. I love my family and feel truly blessed and lucky to have been adopted and loved by my amazing parents.

With how manipulative she is and how serious domestic abuse is, I wouldn't doubt that she could possibly get him thrown in jail and take custody of the child they were having before they got married. Now as for having more kids afterwards yeah that definitely wasn't smart on his end knowing the kind of person she is.
