The judge’s approach in this case is guilty until proven innocent. She’s treating him like the father until the paternity test says he’s not but then when the test proves he’s not the father, the judge gets upset with him because they are even in this situation. The judge has REALLY upset me this episode and this is the first time that I’ve been upset with the judge.

The judge keeps getting onto the guy and his girlfriend for laughing and celebrating but you don't just tell people they're the father of your child. I have a feeling she knew he was not the real father of her baby.
The judge knows the child will see this video one day. And if the mother is being further degraded, it will come back and hurt the child's self-esteem. It's for the child's best interests.
