Speaking from my own experience believe me it's not easy splitting up with your spouse even though they cheated on you, especially if you have kids together and have built a life together. If you leave then the kids usually end up suffering because their mom and dad are no longer together and they don't get to see their mom and dad everyday and they usually end up having new step parents which brings on a whole set of other problems.

Kristin Lynn I have to admit that at the end, when the mistress said she didn’t thank the real father wanted anything to do with the baby, I felt sorry for her. It was like she had accepted the fact that she would always be a side chick. At that point she did look to be in her 40s.

I’m a veteran. And I work in Admin and that child can’t be under her benefits until she goes and put that child on her paperwork. And the birth certificate is needed to do that and no one else besides her can do it the father can’t do it unless she gave him power of attorney. Long story short she lying about that part. The father having a baby has nothing to do with her benefits unless she filled out the proper paperwork. 🤷🏽♀️
PH CERT well legally they will only come after him not her. It affects the household and any joint property.
@@natashascott8489 if she is in the military, her husband is her dependant; as are his children, if she chooses to put the child(ren) on her benefits. they all become the wife's dependants. she had to have acknowledged some form (of his) paternity.

I dont think they were fighting over him but just fighting to try and prove their point...the mistress claiming the man has no doubts being the dad and the wife that he is her husband (regardless if she wanted him or not) yet the mistress kept on having relations with him...the wife claimed that if the baby was his it is over but i think she still left him anyway especially especially since he didnt have her back when the judge asked😏...
