BETH'S SUPER SANDWICH COMBOS
TURKEY SANDWICH
• 2 slices of Rosemary Bread (have it sliced, put into freezer bags, defrost in micro)(Rye, sourdough would work too)
• Honey Mustard (or make your own 1 tbsp Dijon mustard to ½ tsp honey)
• Choose more interesting turkey (smoked turkey, maple honey turkey)
• Chose more interesting lettuce (Butter Lettuce)
• Add sliced Roma tomatoes
SAVORY SNACK:
Pita chips with hummus
SWEET SNACK:
Apple sauce with pumpkin pie spice
VEGETARIAN SANDWICH
• Olive Bread, toasted
• Store bought Pesto
• Fresh Mozzarella (not in water)
• Sliced Sun-dried Tomatoes
SAVORY SNACK:
Cherry tomatoes with sea salt
SWEET SNACK:
Dried Apricots and almonds
VEGAN PITA POCKETS
• Whole Wheat Pita (sliced in half)
• Store bought hummus
• 1 tbsp flat leaf parsley, freshly chopped
• Fire-roasted peppers (blot dry)
• Artichoke hearts (blot dry)
• Pitted black kalamata olives
SAVORY SNACK:
Bean Chips (extra protein)
SWEET SNACK:
Homemade trail mix (link to video)
PESCATARIAN
• Whole wheat Lavash Bread (or whole wheat tortilla)
• Whipped cream cheese
• Lemon zest
• Fresh dill

ok beth i have watched this video like 20 times (half of these ingredients are completely inaccessible in my third world country) but the video is amazing and it just flat out makes me happy, you should feel super good and proud of yourself. good job :)

I really appreciate how you make separate ideas that cover all dietary needs! Not enough people think of this.. The only thing I could suggest is maybe touching on something gluten-free? I know many of these recipes can be turned into that but I would love to see your suggestion on something specifically for that!

Not only are these great for the environment, but I think its the perfect thing for portion control and inspire creativity when making lunch. I do a lot volunteer work during the week where we drive all around the dallas fort worth area and it is difficult to prepare lunch or to resist driving through somewhere. I lov thiis product it's adorable and practical.
this will be the first time I have had to pack lunch for my kids for school. their school doesn't have a cafeteria. your videos are a lifesaver/time saver.

What I love about this lunch box is the portion control! I work with a bunch of girls who bounce from diet to diet, and I won't touch diets with a ten foot pole! But portion control I can definitely do, and as I'm trying to be healthy, save money and loose weight, I just know this snazzy set would inspire me!
I'm starting my senior year at the University of Washington and I either went hungry or just snacked in a very unhealthy manner 😩. I feel like this adorable lunch box will really motivate me to pack a lunch and save money. It would definitely make my last year of college better!!

What a GREAT video with great ideas. As a busy working Mom I often times spend so much time in the morning getting kids' lunches and snacks ready that I don't have enough time or energy left to make lunch for myself! Therefore, I end up picking up fast food...or more often than not, not eating any lunch at all. This wonderful lunch bag would be so helpful in inspiring me to bring an adult healthy meal to work!

1. Antipasto pinwheels
2. A mini caprese salad as the savory snack
3. Fresh raspberries and dark chocolate chunks as the sweet snack

I am currently studying physiotherapy in England and I have a lot of placements. Next week I am starting a 6 week placement but because of where I live in England the commute I have to make is 2 hours each way on a bus. I have to bring my own lunch because buying lunch is way too expensive and it would be great to have such a versatile lunch box to bring with me to help me bring healthy, filling lunches since I have such busy days and they are very long. Hello Beth! I'm from Hungary. I'm a young mom of a 1 year old little girl. Health and environment is very important to me. I don't use artificial chemicals for the dishes or for washing clothes. This bento box would be so perfect for my daughter to put healthy lunch in it. And why did i subscribe to your channel? I would love this lunch box kit because it is small, portable, and allows me to make healthy, quick lunches. My teenage daughters and I watched this video together cause we're always looking for school lunches. These were such easy recipes! Thanks you. Most of the times the girls either don't take lunch and when they do, they're sandwiches get smushed in zip locks. They don't take their sandwich boxes cause it's too bulky in their bags. These laptop boxes look perfect. Maybe these boxes will inspire them to take a variety of lunches to school.
