The home is a great home however the main floor does not have the open feeling from the kitchen to the family area as well as the laundry should of been in the primary bedroom. The primary bath was very nice but that large shower should of had a bench. Also put and elevator in that place so you don't have to take all your furniture up and down the stairs. For 3.7 million you can find a home with better views and better floorplan flow.
