Nice pool. Come January 1st, 2024, all pool permits after that will have a maximum allowed 600 sf. Still fairly large but we have to conserve water in Southern Nevada so that people can have large pools in the Hollywood Hills.

Beautiful home. Great views! Love the use of marble and quartz in the kitchen. House flows very nicely. Great energy and presentation style was one of the most relaxed and natural I've seen for real estate. 👍
