I'm one of the next-door neighbors (on Bronco St) and want to make it clear that you can't actually do short-term rentals here like she mentioned. I've tried and got busted! Its sucks but it's important to know as there's a lot of misinformation around this in Las Vegas.

Absolutely gorgeous backyard and private playground. One thing, my wish, would be that the pool had some aspect of it that was a long lap pool, but also with a deep end for enjoyment and treading water exercises. Were I to buy this I might investigate renovating the pool and surrounding area just enough to have that added (Or maybe add one of those short but powerfully jetted pools allowing you to swim laps in place, never tried those but if they truly work then I could just add that rather than remodel that beautiful pool itself. Just my two cents, but wow, what a beautiful yard, and that tennis court alone adds so much. Love it.

I think they are going to have a hard time finding a buyer. The design is hodgepodge. Too owner specific! Too many different styles combined in one place. Would require more renovation. Extreme bright colors!
