Love your videos. About the houses, I would like to see houses with the closets bigger and outside of the bathroom. Designer's should consider privacy issues for everyone's sake. Also I would like to see the owner's suite to be bigger. The children and guest rooms also seem to be more planned and thought out. And I like to see some closed concept homes, especially for the kitchen area.

Interesting feedback. This is a model home though meant to showcase their cosmetic features, not necessarily the hardware. Not many have asked about insulation, HVAC systems, water heater etc. I’ll keep that in mind though 👍🏼

I like this home too on here !!! If I could have my dream home with all kinds of Details , it would cost me Tens of Million Dollars. Sitting on our 300 acre land in another State. The pantry will be bigger than the one in this home in the video ( double or triple size ). And the Bulter kitchen would have a separate room , not built into the kitchen. I would want 3 refrigerator drawers made into the islands. Rather have Viking Appliances !!

The weather can be extremely hot at times in Texas. The tornados have been sparring recently out of nowhere but usually not a reoccurring event. Texas, in my opinion, is the best state and it’s shows by the continuous new residents every year. I may be bias though 😂😂
