There should be a set of rubber dampers that you can screw in an out to prevent this. Every car has those. I drive a CR-V sport and don’t have that issue.
Is the 2023 a used model or a demo? Either way they're basically the same vehicle, we always recommend getting a better deal by going with a used/older model.

Honda wants you to get higher trim to get bigger screen, but small screen gets 2 dials which I think is a good thing
The smaller screen gets the job done if you a just want to use phone projection.
