@bsairamshastri1946 & @rarefeather4866 Yeah. I Just Experienced This In My Vehicle After A Long Road Trip. In The Process Of Upgrading To A CR-V Hybrid Now.
That would take away from their civic Hybrid and CRV hybrid sale's. They appear to be phasing out the base model civic and almost pushing people towards the HRV. It's actually the same price as a base civic and Much better quality.
I just wish I could have the sport package with the interior of the exl 😭😭 I love the white paint with black rims and mirrors but the exl doesn’t offer that
I took the 2024 for a test drive and the turning ratio was awful! I had to do a broken U turn instead of a U turn😢 So disappointed with that b/c everything else made me happy. I currently own a 2016 HRV and love it!
I've had Honda for the past 30 years - I'm finally moving on. Why do honda interiors look like they though of adding things after they already planned on shipping it?
My first car was a 2006 Honda Civic and that car was great. This HRV though is just sad. Let me explain: the CVT transmission is VERY buzzy when accelerating, the cabin is LOUD whether you're driving on residential streets or highway and the call quality while is absolute trash. Finally, you would expect a 158HP vehicle to have great mileage, but sadly, no. This vehicle will sell well, because it's a Honda, but the quality is not there.
@@SME5724 It is terrible for what it is. I drive a Ford Maverick AWD with the 250hp 2.0L ecoboost and I can get 32 mpg hwy if I don't get on the boost too much. The Maverick is shaped like a brick in comparison to the HR-V as well. I agree with @GRAFHC, the HR-V should be able to get over 30 mpg easy.
Is that CVT transmission one of those counterweight and pulley type shiftless transmissions that you can’t fill the shift like the ones Ford came up with for the Ford 300 like 2015
Cx30 is very claustrophobic, small windows paired with not much space in back of the car, on other hand design is nice, looks like Ferrari Purosangue, and Honda looks like Lamborghini Urus/Porsche Cayenne with little more room in the back, it's going to come to personal choices and perspectives.
Dude you have bursts of super fast speech that is impossible to understand. Check it out you have like word bursts that sound like one word. Speaking of “word” stop describing things as “cool”! How many times did you use it?
I own a 24 it's great for my winter commute. Don't drive it in spring and summer. Terrible MPG after 3k miles but it's very nice inside, handles great and feels solid unlike some other vehicles I sat in. Id rate it a 7/10
@@ladyred44 I find if you don't floor it and ease into it the 0-60 isn't as bad as people say. I got 8.9 second's on a test run recently doing just that . Easing into the acceleration. Enjoy your sport! Little jealous of your 25 😮💨
It’s literally no different than my 23 Hrv sport…. Granted all of my safety features were standard and some were options for the 24 and 25 models. I have auto dim mirror too…looks like Honda is giving people less options for more money 😂
My wife just bought the 2025 HRV Sport here in Canada and it came with a sunroof, nice little vehicle drives and handles nicely!
I would skip the 25 and just get the 24 models to save some money. No notable changes for the upgrade.
You mean aside from the added depreciation hit?? VS the 2025?
Yes their both super cars
it's only $500 more from 24 to 25 model. the depreciation on the 24 is more than 500 lol
@@Cory69 write everyone checks for the difference Forrest.
I enjoy my 24 for my winter commute. In the summer I have a civic touring.
The 24 is more than adequate
I Own A 2024 Sport Just Like This In This Color (Urban Gray). I Absolutely Adore My Honda 🤍 For My First Honda, I'm Thoroughly Impressed.
I mean the only thing that bothers me is the fuel economy. 25-30mpg for 150hp? That's too low
Yes the fuel economy is poor, performs like a 10yo Civic, Honda needs to bring out the hybrid models, CRV is getting better mpg.
@bsairamshastri1946 & @rarefeather4866 Yeah. I Just Experienced This In My Vehicle After A Long Road Trip. In The Process Of Upgrading To A CR-V Hybrid Now.
Good looking family car Honda did a fantastic job on it
yea
I have one and love it. It’s not really spacious for a family of 4. Only 1 large luggage and 1 carryon fits at the back. Other than that it’s awesome
Just needs that new Hybrid 2.0 engine like Accord and CRV and now Civic...not sure why not option for this vehicle
That would take away from their civic Hybrid and CRV hybrid sale's.
They appear to be phasing out the base model civic and almost pushing people towards the HRV.
It's actually the same price as a base civic and Much better quality.
They’re whole lineup should be hybrid, regardless of model
honda doesn't like money
I just found your Channel about 2 weeks ago and do far you have reviewed now as of this vid every single vehicle I needed thank you
Just got mine today in Black, and I mean all black. I’m extremely happy with it compared to the ‘21 HRV in LX.
And when is the HRV hybrid going to be available in the US? Its been almost 5 years since it was available overseas.
I just wish I could have the sport package with the interior of the exl 😭😭 I love the white paint with black rims and mirrors but the exl doesn’t offer that

I'm still sad that the rails are gone :( I have the 2019 and was considering on upgrading this year, but I need the rails for a roof rack.
I wish a manual is available. I would buy one!
I've had Honda for the past 30 years - I'm finally moving on. Why do honda interiors look like they though of adding things after they already planned on shipping it?
I hope a new HRV 2025 hybrid and better engine is coming soon… Go Honda Hybrid go…
What's the difference between this and the 2024 model?
Nothing
Absolutely nothing
Holding out for the hybrid model, they have it in Europe from what I understand

It is pretty fast I put it in Sport mode it’s fast buddy!!
Why such terrible MPG for such a small car with such an underpowered engine? Feels like Honda isn't even trying.
Terrible ? 😂 what are you 18 ?
@@SME5724 Honda should be able to push 30/35 out of a configuration like this. It's a horribly underpowered tiny jellybean.
@@GRAFHC I’m not a fan of it either but 27 mpg isn’t terrible
😂😅 jelly bean...yes@@GRAFHC

Serious question. Where do we put our cell phone mounts with that kind of vent lol
Windshield suction cup, tha-da😂
It’s the same as 2024 smh they just copy and paste
Tell me why Honda short-changed this car by not adding a turbo. It's totally underpowered when trying to merge onto a freeway.
I have a 24 exl..all you have to do when merging is once your moving hit it on sport with gas and it actually moves..lol😂 quicker
6 speed offered?
No magic seats?
Yes! ✔️
Window sticker?
No it is not. Literally every vehicle in this category is a better car with the CX-30 easily at the top of the pile.

No air-condition for the back seat?
No
nope not even cup holders 😂
The interior looks SO BAD when you compare it to vehicles like the '25 Buick Envista and '25 Nissan Kicks.
Heather Trail
why it does look like a Honda ZRV 😅
hi
That infotainment system is atrocious. Too small.
I like it. Not huge and offensive.
Too bad it’s a CVT

the jellybean car. that thing is seriously hideous.
