  • The allure of new relationships is the thrill and excitement that comes with it. It’s all too easy to fall for someone’s charm and wit, to get swept away by their romantic words and gestures, especially a player. Are you worried about giving your heart away to a player who won’t take care of it, who might cheat on you or leave you for the next person that comes along? To save yourself all that pain and heartache, here are the warning signs that you might be dealing with a player.
If you relate to this video and want to know if someone is leading you on, we have a video on that too: • 7 Signs They're Leadin...

I mean I've talked and flirted to women. But this one woman i tried to talk to said. "I dont want to talk!" All rude and shit. Ik she has a right to be " rude" and mind my own business , but i really thought they were pretty and also how did she know i was trying to talk her? What if i was a sales person or one of those ppl who invite you to church. I mean i wasn't even acting like a player. All i said was how are you? Doing some Christmas shopping? ( she had toys in her cart) so yea. She was rude. I wasn't even coming on strong or touchy. But i understand where she is coming from and that was kinda of a too personal question to say. But she was rude and now it put me in kinda a sad mood rather than being angry or salty. But i also do feel a bad. Cuz it makes me look like a bad person.

Deeply, a player is an unhappy person, someone who is lost in life and doesn't really know what they truly want. That's why they want to play around as it gives them instant good feelings, yet those feelings disappear very soon and the player has to keep playing the game otherwise they will not know what else to do to feel better. So if you have got played by a player, have some empathy for them, and please don't take things personally. Hurt people hurt people ❤

I've always had eagle eyes to spot players and ive never been targeted by them either.
But in 6th grade, their was this very innocent looking guy, who seemed shy, friendly to girls, helpful, and at last, competitive and naughty. I had crush at first sight. An year passed, two years passed, and I still liked, no, loved him. He was in my class for only one year, and the year was so memorable. Once while playing arm wrestling with another girl, he came and helped me out of nowhere, and when I looked up, he gave me a kdrama like stare, which broke when the other girl started scolding him playfully. He used to speak the most unnecessary things in my ear. I was a short tempered person, so once when he was shaking the bench (accidentally) I sat on the ground and refused to get up, yk what he said, "get up, people are laughing." Clearly no one cared (except him). And then many things happened but I can't recollect everything. On the last day of school, someone had got a phone to school and it happened to be the person next to me. But he thought it was me and told the teacher (red flag). They found out it was not me, but I cried, all because HE had said it was me. All the boys of my class gathered to console me, except him (idk if i was popular or smth). In the end he came and using expression, asked me what was wrong, i replied in expression, leave. But the idiotic me continued to like him. In 8th grade, the news leaked that I liked him (cuz i was stupid). For an year nothing happened, except for they kept teasing him in his class. But the next year they continued teasing him (although no one ever teased me). Then he said, "chi, i don't like her" (chi- eww). I got over him in a day. Thats what I told my friends, but I still liked him and I was depressed. I should have listened to my friend who was in his class. She had told me that he spoke in the ear of another girl, and spoke in a flirtatious way with a third. I didn't believe her, but honestly I still can't, so if she wasnt lying, was he a player. Cuz he is nothing like the description in the video.

True love is truly reciprocated. It's consistent, caring, sincere, loyal, supportive, honest, open, vulnerable, protective of you and your connection... Basically everything that a situationship with a player isn't capable of ever becoming. Practice radical acceptance of your current reality to break out of your fantasy of what could be in the future... Future faking is how we get sucked into wasting our time on manipulative losers.

    my opinions:
over confident = I just don't care anymore (you like me you like me you don't you don't)
vague about everything = make them think about you always makes them remember you and intrigued to learn more (not a boring person)
on phone = texting with bros (weird convo)
secrets = last time you told a lover something they broke your heart
past = I personally told one girl about my past after we broke up she made it a mission to join up with my past ex and hate on me :/

There is a chance that you lack the experiences to know if these things apply to you, and sense that there have been times that you've experimented with the things being talked about. The combination of the two can make you feel responsible for the process that everyone has to go through to understand who you are in relation to the world. Everyone has strengths and weaknesses because depending on how we learn things, and in what order, we create pathways and roadblocks in our neural pathways, and often we aren't taught to be forgiving with ourselves for having to learn.

I watched this video because I wanted to know if people saw me as a player. Even though I didn’t feel like I was trying to be. Yes it’s true Deep down inside I don’t wanna be a player. But like the feeling of being liked and accepted by girls. It became mentally draining trying to keep up with all of them, and making sure I dont lose their interest . So rather than focusing my love on just one. In the end I ended up with none. I’m lost in life and don’t really know what I am looking for in a woman. I guess I just don’t wanna feel lonely. Not that I actually see my future with them. Or sometimes if multiple females see me attractive, I don’t know who to choose. Cause they are all pretty, and don’t want to miss my opportunity to date them and for them to find someone else, all because I’m focus on just one. So there; I guess I gave a point of view of what happens in the mind of a player.

@@gabbylikestowatchstuff learning to open up emotionally was probably the biggest one. I always had a lot of abandonment fears so my mentality was always “don’t get too attached because they’ll all leave anyways”. I took it upon myself to try and work on that, and once I started dating my partner I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life with them and needed to do some serious work to be able to have them stay. I learned a lot about attachment styles and how I’m most likely avoidant, and started getting out of my comfort zone by actually talking about my feelings with my partner. After a while, we’ve gotten to a point where I can express my genuine love and affection towards them without it being an “act” or without having another motive in mind. When I first wrote that comment it was 8 months ago when my partner and I first got together and we’re still together now and have had a very healthy relationship so far. We’re very loyal, and I have no thoughts of wanting to cheat or be with anyone else. I can’t speak for everyone of course, but a good mix of self-reflection, a supportive partner and a drive to become a better person can make a big change.

Having been a teen in the 90s and 20something in the 200s, I lived through a period of culture where young men wanted to be like this. Even I had periods when I was envious of the confidence this type exuded and the girls they got. But as I got older and had come to know a few of these men I realized this behavior is not to be lauded and these men are not to be envied. I'm happy to say around the time #metoo began I saw a turning of the tide. Now players and pick up artists are being called out for the narcissists they are.

  • @Kate-vd3hl
    @Kate-vd3hl 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

This is very reassuring. I got played this summer by this girl. She checked ALL the boxes of a player.
Now I’m talking to this new girl and it scares me. She’s similar, a good sweet talker, an athlete, pretty, a little bit of a mean girl, and a partier. With both girls things seemed to move just way too fast. Like instant romantic connection on first “dates” which were very casual teenage car hook ups.
But this new girl... she’s honest. Brutally honest about herself and me. Exposing embarrassing things about herself like how she came out to her mom about me after hanging out with me for only a week. How she had to take two shots before she picked me up because she was so nervous. She’s charming and experienced but she’s so far from the first girl. Maybe it’s the same thing though... maybe it’s just another girl who wants me to be special and then I’m not under the surface... I’m not sure. When I’m around her and her friends I like who she is. With the first girl she just became someone else and I felt small... I even started throwing up bc I NEVER do nicotine and I had a zyn that was WAYYY too much for me and she just comforted me. I... hmmm. And then when I feel like I’m not doing well or like she doesn’t like me because maybe I’m just in a bad mood I START TEXTING OTHER GIRLS. It’s so bad. I feel bad. I’m so unsure. This is new. And like there was this OTHER girl that I kinda stopped snapping because of this new girl and she was so smart and cute but ig maybe not exciting? And we went apple picking one time and it was GREAT like idk. And I just don’t know what to do. ANDDDD this other girl who was like the ONE THAT GOT AWAY from YEARS ago just broke up with her boyfriend, is not flirting with me, so like idk who to pick like am I picking this new girl Bc she’s so available???? OR AM I PSYCHING MYSELF OUT OR AM I THE PLAYER???? No no I wouldn’t be feeling like this if I didn’t care hahahahaha duh. Advice? From anyone who decided to read this!?

But he keeps trying to catch my attention by giving me many compliments while I just want to mind my own damn business. He also comes off super fake especially when he's with his two friends. I've seen multiple times where he was acting nice to sb (mostly towards people who are considered "weird". People like me who are quiet or have unusual interests or something) and then talks bad about them.
Recently he somehow found my (anonymous) social media accounts when I never even mentioned them to him (or anyone in that matter) which is kinda creepy to me. And a lot of the time he pretends to know everything about me when he really doesn't.

Give a little and wait to see if you are being reciprocated. Do this repeatedly for as long as you are being reciprocated to your satisfaction. Either you will eventually not need to keep measuring because things are balanced. Or the relationship will fall apart almost immediately because someone will complain they aren't receiving enough for what is given or what is not given. Either way you are not emotionally and chronologically invested enough to spend months healing from an imbalance.

Not all players are so easy to spot😂. Some players are actually empathetic enough to pay attention to your non verbal behaviour and say or do things that are guaranteed to affect you specifically. And change their game accordingly as per the female they are dealing with.
I'll be lying if I said I have been in relationships, but most of the time I stay away from males and don't speak with them unless necessary. And I'm always on the lookout if a particular male appears flirty or appears" too nice" while speaking with me.

The way to prevent yourself getting ‘played’ is simple - ASK QUESTIONS and don’t let up, no matter how awkward it may feel. DO NOT go with the flow or let your relationship just drift, hoping one day that he’ll see the light and ask you to marry him - he won’t, he’ll just let it drift because he’s getting all the benefits of a wife without making you his wife. Just find out everything you can about him and if he gives vague answers or changes the subject, get him back on track. I was too scared to ask because I didn’t want to hear the answers - and had my life destroyed. Don’t do what I did, do what I learned.

😂 Flirting doesn't ever work on me, most often won't fall for anyone, never been In a relationship, cautious in nature and serious when I have feelings they are genuine, though avoiding my feelings is the only thing that keeps me logical, calm, and collected person problem is there are times emotions are irrelevant and irrational it affects me as a hsp really don't like being in a state of emotional and vulnerability, in some cases see it as a weakness and strength, reasons why lack control on emotional balance find it irritating still need improvement

Ahhh the memories cuz of this.
Remembered a REAL player that was a campus crush.
Had a crush on him when I was in 3rd grade and I realised he was a player in grade 5.
He never takes others feelings seriously
    I don’t like him now 😝😝😎😎

I got played by a man and only found out yesterday. He always acted weird and secretive and shady, always had other girls flirting with him and lied to me saying he wasn't interested in them or flirted with them back. He told me he liked me, that we could meet up etc then suddenly he stopped interest, stopped talking and i confronted him only for him to tell me that none of what he said was true. He didn't care about me, he only wanted to use me for sexual reasons and then got bored after he was done with that. It took 2 weeks but i already became so attached and fell for him and I'm so so hurt I was lied to and led in this whole time and he didn't really care for me.
