I am a fan of yours, Dr. G. I stopped my pain meds for inflammation because of hyper-nourishing with smoothies. My goal is to ultimately eliminate meat. Thanks for sharing the wealth of health.

Wellness Wednesdays are awesome. I listen to these while walking and it makes me so happy. Even tough im still eating unhealthy foods due to addiction, I cut down on them and added smoothies and it already made me feel much better. Lost almost 50 pounds in the process. Thanks Dr. G.

Thanks so much, Dr Goldner! I’m newly addicted to your channel haha
I’ve been living with celiac disease since age 27 (so ten years now. )
I wish I knew about you when I was starting out.
I’ve been making and loving your signature smoothies for a little bit now and feeling an incredible increase in my energy. Which coffee just doesn’t deliver!
The rest of my diet is whole plant foods allowing some healthy fats. I’m 5’8 and 115 pounds- always being told to eat more protein/fats 😆
It’s reassuring to hear alkaline ph is better too -
I freaked last week when my urine ph was at 8
    Thank you for everything 💓💓💓
You look like the picture of health!! I’m totally inspired!

Dr G you are such an energetic knowable and fun doctor. Love everything you post. I am a vegan for 4 years and need to find a good B12 supplement. Can you recommend a good one without all the fillers? Thanks so much!

My husband is suffering from stage 3 Sarcoidosis. He's on prednisone and methotrexate. Just started him on yr nutrition plan. Do you think your smoothies can help or halt the desease? Appreciate any advice. 🌻

Hi. I am 54 years old post menopausal woman with Hashimoto’s. I wanted to know if just implementing the smoothie would be enough to make a difference in health? I’m drinking my smoothie (yes I smash those greens down into my vitamix) between 10am and 6pm every day. I still eat cooked and what I consider clean foods. I’m trying to get mostly organic chicken and grass fed beef (but expensive). I’m trying to recover from a horrible menopause transition. Gained weight, joints hurt had 30+ hot flashes a day. Started going to the gym several months ago and now I found your hyper nourishing concept. It makes so much sense. But can I live in both worlds and improve my health?

She explains her protocol which works. You have invented your own protocol...u have to see if THAT works.

I can share my experience with it, though I'm not sure it will help. Been suffering from lupus for 5 years and more recently gastroparesis. I started with drinking one smoothie a day consisting of 3 cups water, 300 grams of veggies, 1/4 cup of chia seeds, and topped it off with about 100 grams of frozen fruit.
I was still eating a vegetarian diet, with eggs, cooked food, etc, though I noticed immediately that just the addition of 1 smoothie per day settled down my nervous system, like I wasn't in fight or flight mode anymore, and I could finally sleep a full 8 hrs. Normally I couldn't sleep more than 6 hrs.
I did one smoothie a day for 3 weeks until I felt ready to do the full hyper nourishment protocol. Once I let go of all cooked food, that's when I really noticed my lupus symptoms going down. No more inflammation, I can sleep peacefully, more energy throughout the day, it's like I'm back to my normal self. As a bonus I'm also losing all the stubborn belly fat I've had for several years.
At least for me I know that cooked food was a trigger for my lupus, so I'll be sticking to raw veggies until I fully heal.

My 10th live, where unfortunately my question was not answered. 😢
I wonder if the phytoestrogens in flaxseed can have an effect on my hormone replacement therapy?
If anyone knows, I would appreciate an answer. ❤
Overall I’m doing well on the HNP ❤

Hi Carlina I can't answer your question but maybe Dr Neal Barnard from PCRM could he's often on The Exam Room with Chuck Carroll. He wrote great book called Your Body in Balance which covers hormone balance using Wholefood plantbased diet. I resolved my menopause symptoms using his approach combined with Dr Gs daily smoothie. All the best

@@Elizerinc Elizabeth- I don’t know exactly why, but I’ve heard Dr. Goldner say that on several videos! She says it’s also one of those addictive foods, and that’s definitely my experience. Like sugar, if I don’t have it I don’t want it!

I never did harm to anyone. You will see me saving and relieving even insects from the ground. That's me. I suffered in life personally, physically, socially, mentally, emotionally because of sinners. They have sinned me for years and years. I developed diseases stress related conditions like bleeding intestines, skin disorders etc over the years. They ruined me in this very life. Jesus won't forgive them , Dr. Brooke. When time comes for them, they will remember the words and doings they had for me in these many years. Their sins will pay. I don't want anything from them. I reject them. God will punish them.
