To the person, Lisa 24:10 minute mark concerned about weird, uncomfy feeling of their tongue when drinking their smoothie- it’s caused from UNRIPE pineapple, not just pineapple itself. When it’s unripe it burns the tongue. How to choose RIPE pineapple is to make sure the skin is as yellowy orange as possible with the least amount of green. It’s like an orange… the more orange and less green, the more ripe and sweet. This will ensure you to have the sweetest pineapple where the sugars have ripened a.k.a: less acidity ! If choosing precut, the more yellowy orange and less whitish, pale yellow is what you want to look for.
You are speaking to me directly. Thank you for your time and always doing things for free really show you care and it’s not all about the money. God bless you.
Interesting iodine anecdote from my elderly mother: My mother has been nutritarian vegan for five years now. She was able to get off a dozen daily medications after a couple of years but she still took daily levothyroxine. About 18 months ago, her blood pressure started to go up a bit so she started eating a small chopped kale salad with a bit of balsamic vinegar before lunch and dinner per the recommendation of the Dr. Esselstyn protocol for improved nitric oxide. She also became much more strict with lowering sodium and boosting potassium foods. Next, she added drinking some hibiscus tea to help keep blood pressure lower. Finally, she added eating some raw beet cubes with her twice daily hibiscus tea. About six months ago, she got a cortisone shot in her knee and her blood pressure went up a bit so she started back on a diuretic every other day. A month ago, her TSH was a bit elevated which caused me to recall that Dr. Goldner mentioned that iodine is best supplemented at a time separate from a meal with cruciferous veggies which she eats both lunch and dinner. Dr. Goldner has also noted that 300mcg was an appropriate daily amount of iodine for someone with an underactive thyroid. My mom began to take her multivitamin after breakfast rather than after lunch and she also added some nascent iodine drops to a shot of water before breakfast to increase her daily supplement to about 300mcg. Her blood pressure is now normalizing and she will need to discontinue the diuretic very shortly to avoid overmedication. It amazes me how fine-tuned the body's nutrient requirements can be. I am so thankful for the amazingly helpful advice of Dr. Goldner. Cheers!
I don’t know what’s going on with me. I need to see my doctor but my entire body hurts. Pain I’ve never felt before. Tired. Weak. I’m only 34. But the last 2 years I’ve my health has declined. I’m overweight and need to lose weight but this pain is different :( I’m starting your protocol to hopefully feel even 10% better.
Dr. Goldner, thank you for serving those with crazy autoimmune issues. I have just found your forum although I am reading your books. Been dealing with autoimmune companions for almost 50 years but still keep open to tools I could access to have to better live with this and thrive especially in less pain as it seems a tsunami as I age. ! Can you tell me, or refer me to any of your other writings about, acupuncture and Lupus. Also, cranial sacral chiro, neural integration technique? Thank you so much appreciation and, I am extremely grateful look forward to your rays of wisdom! xoxoxo God Bless.
My granddaughter has had LSE since she was 7 or 8. She is now nearly 14 and has teen problems, doesn't want to go 8:09 to school because of her facial excema. She can't sleep at night and sleeps most of the day. She doesn't seem to be motivated to try to help herself get better and is sad and depressed. I bought her your 2 books but she hasn't read them yet. Any ideas to motivate her?
I attended live and I came back to look for the name of the antifungal supplement Dr Goldner mentioned for candida. Couldn't find it. Can you please let me know the name of it?
So disappointed that there are ads on the live coaching replay. I like listening away from my phone with my earbuds while I'm cleaning, so I can’t skip them.
I don’t know if Dr Goldner will see this question but I want to shrink my large nodules and goiter using her method. My question is the raw cruciferous veggies being goitergens. How does that work with me?
I have a video coming out for this soon - the short answer is that they are NOT bad for they thyroid, you just need to make sure you take in sufficient iodine because they are SO nutrient dense they can interfere with iodine absorption during a meal that has iodine and crucifeorus
I have nascent iodine… How many drops would be the equivalent to 150 to 300 mcg? It’s saying three drops is like 1800 mcg or something like that! Is it different than regular iodine?
Binge watching all your videos!

Tomatoes and potatoes are my favorite. But they are nightshade plants. Is it true that they contribute to inflammation and should we avoid them?

The Grocery Outlet/Bargain Market in my neighborhood has the 16oz Power Greens for $4.99! They’re in a container instead of a bag but oh well. ☺️
Thank you for your helpful information. Is the protocol Godby Lupus suitable for oral lichen planus?
