  • 5+ fundamental internal movement exercises for Tai Chi practice - focussing on vertical and rotational connections - created by Huang Sheng Shyan, a senior student of Cheng Man-ch'ing. Huang was also an exponent of Fujian White Crane kung fu, which was an obvious influence in these exercises.
