Hi, Andy. I watched 4 other videos on how to repair the front door check on my 2018 4Runner. Not one of the other 4 showed that there are 2 bolts on the outside of the door well. They only showed the single bolt on the vehicle side. After watching their videos, I tried (to no avail) tightening the single bolt. After watch yours, I marched right out to my truck and discover both bolts were loose. I tightened them and, "VIOLA!!!!". Amazingly, no more embarrassing and very loud popping. Thank you so much. A simple and detailed know how video. You rule.
You guys are great. Thank you for those videos. Always helpful. I have 2019 Rav 4 and accidentally broke the right rear door check stopper. I am getting the parts from ebay now. Is it basically the same procedure as this video? Best,
