Hi. My employer gave me Hike letter with effective date as april2021 but still continuing to pay me old CTC. Now they are saying they will pay the arrears in April2022. If I leave the company beforeApril2022 or in notice period during April 2022 they said they will not pay me the arrears. What to do?
@@Mahesh-uy8jw i personally suggest you to wait and let the HR know about your discussion!! Kindly get a screenshot or voice recording where they specially mention about the hike. If they still refuse to pay in the month of April. I'd suggest you to take the salary and start finding a new job instead.

Yes. 80CCD is separate than 80C's 1.5lac.
