I'm not sure about the style, and I would worry about making a bullet heaven, they seem a dime a dozen, but its super critical that you release anything. You'll learn more about game dev from releasing a game and iterating on feedback then from any book or tutorial.
I think you have a good way of speaking and presenting ideas though, so I think your YT game dev career could be really successful
Hi! I've been reading your blog (I don't know if it's a blog, but it's cool)If many people aren't digging the art style, I would change it in this game. It clearly isn't working for the people you showed it to, so why wait? (Maybe don't listen to me, because I haven't released any games commercially). Also, I would make the game with more of a focus with what mechanics more casual players might like, as this seems like a more casual game. It seems to me like you're focusing on having fun developing and while that's great, I don't know if it's super great for marketing. Unless it is? Please let me know id it does well to cater games to developers
Also, I would love to play a demo as soon as possible. This looks like you love it and I would love to see it and get my hands on it
I like the game idea. I'm a big fan of your videos... I'm just not really into the art style of it, unfortunately. It's a very niche style, I think.

why not call it witchmoure just so it feels moure mythical and also so it does not read like witch, more
I'm sure you've already thought of it, but just in case, the many screen shakes made me feel a bit nauseous, so an accessibility option to tone down or disable them would be great.
