It's been about a week since we've heard from you. Glad to see you. Unbelievable how much you know about those large machines. Enjoy watching you work and you explanations!
Hi Warren. Found your channel a few weeks ago, have been watching and enjoying it. I am a retired heavy equipment mechanic, 45+ years on the tools. It is a pleasure to watch you, great work ethic and knowledge.
6.0's paid my bills for many years at the dealer. Between egr/oil coolers , headgaskets, injectors, dummy plugs and standpipes, IPR valves and hpop's I stayed busy. But with a few upgrades/deletes the 6.0's can be extremely reliable if maintained properly.
You ever get a quick battery disconnect for your jumpers cables? You showed me how to fix an A/C myself and it worked!! would love to buy you one! Just let me know!!
Good call on the head studs. Lots of head gasket issues that were helped along by programmers, and I also think a lot of people misdiagnose head gaskets as well giving 6.0 more of a bad rap
Love the videos man! Just found your channel! And I have been hooked! I'm a diesel mechanic for Halliburton working on frac equipment, you ever do much with 3512cs and qsk50s?

Wasnt Fords fault, the supplier (international)?? fucked them hard. delivered a product that was not what was originally suppose to be.
Good job, Warren. Thanks for sharing...

Great vid!
Keeping busy as always nice video
It seems the shop appears to be much brighter inside than last year. Did you get the new lights installed?
Thank you and good job
That "Engine " sounds sweet . Sounds good as a compressor to 😁😂😃😂
That clutch piston letting go & cooking the pack, was it age related or just one of those things that can happen?
Warren
Did you make the tool used to push down on the springs , so the snap ring could be installed?
Love the videos man! Just found your channel! And I have been hooked! I'm a diesel mechanic for Halliburton working on frac equipment, you ever do much with 3512cs and qsk50s?
Nothing that big here
I wish I could do some of this smaller stuff! The big stuff is easy and its repative as hell! It would be nice to change pace day to day!
Pay attention to those snap rings. The first time (11:26) it was not completely in the groove.
Yes it was.
I know your rebuilding reverse clutch pack but do you do all new forward clutch too so it's all new or just reverse?
Sounds real good !!
Good day dear, how did you install the piston inside c2 clutch? Greetings from Colombia and excuse me my terrible english
Thanks!
What u doing with them hand rubbers on?....
I think that young lady will be quite pleased with her new ride and worth every penny...........

How many tons is the press ur usin?
it is actually quite simple how this gearbox is built, but designing it is complex
