Were there any trains in Mindanao before this proposal? Haven’t heard much stuff about train services in the Philippines except the LRT and MRT in Metro Manila
There were private railways in Mindanao during the American occupation and shortly after WWII. Proposal for an inter-city government owned railway in Mindanao have been around since the time of Quezon. Is MRP elevated or ground level?
Most of it will be at ground level. There will be elevated sections near stations. There will be viaducts when terrain requires it. There will even be a cut & cover tunnel where it runs through a luxury golf course

Gaya ng High Priority Bus System (HPBS) ng Davao. Para to sa loob ng city. Nag-share nga ng station ang MRP at ang HPBS para mas madali ang pag lipat galing sa train at sa bus

The data is fragmented. and I've had to piece them together from official DOTr documents (available on the DOTr website), the DENR which did the environmental assessment, as well as the LGUs.

Ground breaking for resettlement sites has started. For the alignment and stations, that remains unclear

Ihiwalay mo yong tension sa WPS. Hindi porket may sigalot tayo sa China ay lahat na lang ng aspeto ay hindi na natin gagawin kasama ang China. Yan ay economic cooperation. Puro kayo nalason na sa propaganda.

Dapat nga traditional design dahil bukod sa mapromote ang indigenous architecture, maganda din tingnan sa mata at tsaka unique.. nakakasawa na tingnan yung mga futuristic, modern o western architecture..

@@mindanaorailway this video-content was made NOT by a mainstream media entity; like GMA, CNN, others. It was made by an unknown media with just a HEADING anyone can create and upload in TH-cam or TikTok, others. Note this supposedly project was mentioned by Duterte in 2016,....it is past 6 years now and not a single bolt & nut of the train or station was in sight.
