    I have done this workout for 2 weeks. I have lost 3-4 cms of arm fat in both my arms. It's a little slow but will definitely give you results. I did some other arm exercises as well.

    Hi Natasha,
    I saw your videos just now for reducing lower body fat. Not sure why it never appeared in search. I have survived 3 major spine surgery and now trying to like myself again and reduce lower belly hips and thighs fat that I never had before in hips and thighs. Your exercises are doable and kinda motivated me that I can work hard past 8 months I have been recovering from surgey abd steroid pills for pain so had put on weight due to no exercise and eayong readymade Indian junk or froed foodand one day myself.
    Could you please come up with or share exercise to reduce chest or brest fat and tackle breast tissue?
    I hope you read my comment as no one could motivate me until now to try exercise that doesn't hurt my spine .thanks and keep going!!best- Preeti
