One thing that would be great (as a video, or future feature in the app), is some recommendations for programming around time constraints, e.g. only 60 minutes or 90 minute sessions so you can get the most out of a limited time. What should always be included, what can be skipped, etc.

I don't have access to most strongman equipment.. would you be able to build a program with barbell ohp, bench, deadlift , squat , sandbag ?

Doesnt really matter, principles apply regardless of equipment. Shane is the man and his stuff is great.
You don’t need implements to run the app, you could build a perfect powerlifting peak. Or one click run my off season powerlifting plan!
