I use a Chinese ceramic spoon for guasha , bought it from Chinatown for a buck or less. Smooth edge and various shapes that makes it as versatile as a graston expensive tool.
One of your best videos yet mate. Decent training content and really informative as usual. Keep these coming 👍 if you’re ever in Northamptonshire it would be great to do a training session with you
Haha thank you mate I am never sure if anything I’m about to post is useful so appreciate the time to comment, if I’m ever that way you’ll know I’ll probably post on IG or something for a gym so we can 🤙
Not really Hassan, it depends, my rack position here is shocking so don’t go off that haha, but in the axle they do bend back more then a barbell just due to how thick the bar is! You will struggle to press overhead with a neutral wrist, usually in some extension
@@MSTSystems cool. It's just sometimes mine take over 3 hours so wondering if im doing something wrong but I train alone so it's a lot of messing about having to set everything up all by myself, do the training, take the appropriate rests and then having to lug all the weights and equipment away all by myself which doesn't help. Also, sometimes I post videos and am too busy checking likes ha ha.
Love this video Shane, I can feel ya on the tight hips. I went from being in the infantry to a desk job. Will try these warmup cues!
Great footage, deffinately following along for more of these
Thanks I’m currently broken from this session haha

Great video Shane 💪🏻
The gym music at 10:50 remind me of the "you wouldn't steal a car" thing before old movies lol
Haha body evo delivers with the random tunes, if was up to me biggie would be on and I’d be feeling like I was from the hood
Nice video Shane!! Keep it up!
Thanks Jeff !
Really helpful video shane - got axle in comp for the first time in the new year as a 105kg so this is really useful!
What comp is this at? Northern 105s?
@@MSTSystems yes sir!
@@jamesknight1529 ah awesome. 90% sure I will do that comp so will see you there 🙌🏻
Can you do a mobility and stretching video please? Would be good

Great video, do you train the circus Dumbell on both shoulders or just on your dominant arm?
Man...I pull my back reaching for a tin of beans. I'm not doing weights without getting sweat on and then stretching first.
The more I see you wear this denim jacket the more I know you should get a Bane coat 🤙🏻😜
Hahah I was born in the dark
I could listen to you say 'Gua sha' all day.
😂😂
I thought TFL was transport for London ha ha
Is having wrists bent back on a overhead barbell press power drainage?

How long did this workout take you, including preps?
Prep 15 mins ham curls n fronties 30 mins axle 30 mins dumbbell 30 mins bench & final accessories 30 mins … so just over 2 hours
