    This is actually the most helpful video for this. All the others skipped over the part where they removed parts of the glove box etc and just magically had more room all of a sudden.

      Yup. Just got done doing it the neanderthal way. Wish I had seen this one first. Oh well, there's another 12000 miles next year....

      @@gqautodiagnostics2011 Ford Fiesta AC ran very cold. Replace cabin filter and the AC runs warm? Why?

    This video was unbelievably helpful, particularly the final part about the tabs at the top of the cover. You saved me a bunch of frustration. Thank you.

    Good, no nonsense, cut to the chase, easily understood. My 2013 only has less than 6k actual miles, I`ve been sick waa,waa lol. Still needs changing hehe. Glad I came back in and watched this video, as I knew there was at least one more higher up screw. Will remove those two obstacles now. Thanks GQ.I don`t sub lightly.

      That certainly sucked. I got it done but it took like 30 minutes. Ford definitely like to make things difficult. My Toyota took less than five minutes to do

      @@gqautodiagnostics If I could ask a small question: The L-shaped plastic air vent part you pull out here, I pulled this one out myself and when I put it back in it doesn't seem to hold securely. Is there a trick to this?

    Thank you! I wish you showed the filter going in. Question - is this the same method for a 2018 model as well?

    • @gqautodiagnostics
      @gqautodiagnostics  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello. Thank you for posting your comment. Yes, it should be the same method for a newer model. Keep me posted.

    Bad, by removing the air duct, the other air duct section which it was in also followed. Now i have to remove the whole thing to access the air ducts

      The only thing that helped me was removing the glove box witch is pretty easy and then going in from the top but I've only been able to get the piece that it was attached to back on. There is a video on here that a guy put the whole thing back in from the top but it was a fiesta 2014 fiesta with the passenger side on the left in another country I'm thinking. This is the worst video I've seen for this.

    I hate this design so much. Ford really went above an beyond to infuriate us with what should be a simple 5 minute DIY. Thanks for the video
