Would this cause the car to stop blowing air completely? Replaced fuse, relay, blend door actuator, blower motor resistor with car still not blowing air..hoping its not actually the blower motor itself as its a much bigger pain in the ass on fiestas being under driver side dash compared to most cars under glove compartment. Currently 90k miles, 2nd owner and dont think the cabin air filters ever been changed. Thanks 👍
The cabin air filter should be changed once a year or ever 15,000 miles. This will help with air flow and putting less stress on your system when it is not impacted with debris. Find your parts today: www.undercarexperts.com
Make sure to align the top of the housing first. It is also good to make sure that there are not any cables hanging down keeping it from fully closing. Once you have the housing fully aligned you should be able to install the screws. Find your parts today: www.undercarexperts.com

Thanks for the video.
Screw you Ford for putting those two screws up there. Just another example of engineers not thinking about maintenance.
I agree it is a poor design.

Designed by someone who knows they make enough money to never have to do it themselves!

I can't reinstall the housing cover. What could be the cause?

I can't get to that last screw for the life of me
Is the screw not catching or stripped?
