Damn! Mine was dead. Plugged the AC in and it registers all the lights, in about ten minutes. Wish I knew what battery to replace, before I take it apart.
I tried to back charge and nothing happened. I took the battery out of the case and put the battery on a stand by (trickle charge) over night. I checked the next morning and yes the battery did charge. Thank you for the idea and now I do not have to replace the battery.
PS I meant to also say that it does take sometimes 12 to 14 hours to charge the battery jumper box if it has not been used in a while or charged up in a while
I have the same jump starter the switch is supposed to be in the off position when you plug it in to charge it otherwise it will still discharge while trying to charge
I had the same problem and it was my cord that was bad but could not find any nicks cuts ions or broken wire but I put a new cord on it and it charged it and worked fine. Just saying my auto try that.
