Hi Love your cooking. Being following you and have learnt so many tips. This is the best rasam ive tasted.👌❤️ Tried many not that good. Thanks chef sanjay. 😍
Love your recipes. Like how you give us information like a good chef should! Only one request. Please mention the right proportions, it helps a rookie cook. Eg. Don't know how much tomatoes to be used.
Looks fantastic 👍.....but usually rasam takes only 5 minutes to prepare...but this rasam takes a long time....but its okay...to bring out best rasam ,time is not a matter👍
You really are a wah chef!! However many times I have tried rasam before in restaurants, I haven't liked it but today I made ur recipe and it was heavenly!! It was just as I had imagined it should be. Thank you ☺️☺️
Good Recipe, I would prefer to grind the powder fresh at home Coriander , Cumin - Equal amount, curry leaves,Dried Red Chilies, Methi, little bit of pepper all roasted together and ground. Instead of putting tomatoes directly in water, roast it in ghee / oil then put the powder u prepared. put dal water, and add tamarind / salt, also a small piece of Jaggery and balance the consistency with water. Put hing in the end!
Tried an tested...its the best Rassam ever...u are the best...I just added 1 cup lentils...extremely tasty..thanks for a great recipe

That's very nice recipe
I want to take rasam directly as just like a coffee/tea. Is it possible..please le me know sir?
It looks so watery..how do you eat this?
It's a soup,
You can eat it with rice. 3:1 ratio of rasam and rice.
You don’t necessarily need to crush the garlic at all. Garlic is completely optional but garlic gives lots of flavor
Love your recipes. Like how you give us information like a good chef should!
