    I have no objection with people who are conservative about regional language but restricting oneself to limited language is wrong ..(in my opinion )

      But frankly speaking Malyalam is Regional Language.
      Likewise Marathi is Regional to Maharashtra and Goa alone.
      So i really would not expect people to go for regional language.
      If really there were any common language for Southern States.
      I definitely would have learnt it.
      Since Hindi is Widely Spoken.
      I know Hindi, Marathi, Marwadi, English, Sanskrit.
      Anyways Aaradhike Song is Love ❤️❤️❤️

    Liya, you speak so sweetly and honestly....that's why even your cooking turns out amazing. I like the fact that you use traditional vessels and coconut shells...I am married to a malyali and my daughter loves Rasam ...and sach bole toh( like u say it.... 😘) I haven't learnt malyalam yet ..so not only your cooking but your attitude is also another inspirational...I am now going to learn both malyalam and cooking kerala style 😘😘 I have tried your Mor curry and it was amazing.       She speaks Hindi very well. Geographical accent do show up on everyone. But I must say she is the best Hindi speaking amongst the South Indians I came across. Also her recipes are simple easy and tasty.

    Instead of coconut oil I used vegetable oil and after cooking I added a tea spoon of ghee for that added flavor. Came out good and thanks for the great recipe.

    Superb recipe. And the 100 year old trick of not boiling is authentic. The easiest and wisest way is to never move your eyes of Rasam:). Also if you sprinkle 1/4 tsp of turmeric on top you can easily know when the bubbling happens. Thank you Liya for this beautiful recipe 👍

    It's very good to know the measurement of each ingredient. While showing the volume/numbers, you also mentioned the weight. So for anyone who has doubts about the size of the ingredients, the weight information really helps. That's a differentiator. Language is just for communication and reaching the audiance.

    Lea, you look very young. When did you learn all these cooking? Did you learn from mom or grandmother. Anyway it is nice to see you trying to do traditional recipes which is a plus point for your age. I have great appreciation for young people like you, and I am learning a lot Hindi words from you sounds like easy way to learn another language at least some of it.
