Though I’m considered a great cook at home. But never could achieve the actual rasam after trying for several years. This is the first time I achieved following your recipe. Thanks a lot ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Mam I made this today with a few tweaks for my liking, and I made it for my sick wife recovering from cold, this with ghee rice, some papadam, it was very very comforting.
I have never made this before in my life and yet you explained it so well that I feel I have got it right in first try ❤

Tried this. Tastes good. Once the tamarind and tomato soup boiled I added remaining water that comes from boiling beans. It tastes just like normal rasam.

This dish and several of your dishes reminds me of my mom making it exactly the way you make it clearly because my parents were from Palakkad area but I was born in the western part of India and rarely visited Kerala and inherited extremely poor malayalam speaking and cooking skills !! - but I can totally relate the way you make your dishes especially your kerala style dishes and their ingredients !! To add to this I just cannot forget the finger protector which you occassionally use in your videos just like my mom - Love your videos and you are doing a fantastic job - especially for me because it brings me back so many memories - Thanks.
