whenever I accidentally visualise a negative outcome of something, I find it quite effective to visualise myself imagining that bad scenario and then actually being in my desired outcome feeling immensely relieved that it wasn’t like that initial bad visual. I try to focus my energy onto that feeling of relief. It works!

@@buster9879no this is just mainly from my perspective, alot of corporate plants are products produced to sell you traumour and poor vaules in order to lower your state of concious which is a form of vampirism. I'm not sure they're entirely aware of their concious condition as the labels and companies use their stories to keep them in a loop of their own suffering while selling it to the masses. I love both these artists and I think their music is great however I'm aware of what impact it has on a deeper level at the same time this art does save alot of people from the dark side and at the same time it takes alot of souls too it also, so make of that what you will.

I am shocked to discover that St John's-wort actually exudes a blood red juice, which is a choice substance that is used in certain magical rituals. In my own case though, I started to have a lot of hag-dreams when I went vegetarian - and like most North Europeans - have a very hard job extracting iron from vegetarian sources versus haem iron. A gripping presentation.

Thank you for this Damien. I had been under those attacks right when I would be waking up in the morning. It happened so often, I would lay in the fetal position every morning, frozen, half asleep and steeling myself against this whirlwind of negativity and attacks until it ended. One morning, I randomly recalled someone jokingly saying "The power of Christ compels you" on Instagram the day before. I am not religious but I thought the words in my mind and POOF. It was like a light switch. They were gone. I wish I could say they never came back, but I've had a few attacks since. I command them to be gone in the name of Jesus Christ and I picture a massive red X over them, like on family feud when you get a wrong answer. My life has changed immensely for the better since then. My lifelong depression and anxiety and self hate has pretty much vanished. I am making more videos about this. I don't know why it works, but it does and that's all I need to know... I hope this helps someone.

Love the intro so true! "Monsters" is a great book - read it in one sitting last weekend! Very hard to find now at a sensible price alas outside of the US. An understanding of the stages an individual goes through after death are well represented in Tibetan culture - referred to as the Bardos. Recommend 'The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying' by Sogyal Rinpoche.

If you want to keep vampires out of your room at night, put a few dishes of vinegar around the room. (Or mugs. Use what works, but the more surface area the better.)

@@Yahshija sorry to hear you were targeted by Vampires. They can do massive amounts of damage to your Aura and energy body with psychic attacks. Surrounding yourself with white light doesn't stop the psychic attacks and it also actually attracts them more to you. They are attracted by the bright light that surrounds your body, your aura. When you meditate more and draw in white light around. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't draw in the white light because it also does help you too.

On the matter of negative, hate filled, thoughts centering around a person or thing it may also be worth noting that it may not just be hurting the practitioner but it could aslo effect those around them. My girlfriend is super sensitive to the energies in our home and when I'm brooding she will "feel" the vibe change in the room. I've been told that I have a very..."loud presence" I'm soft spoken but when I'm in a "mood" I have had the bad habit of projecting it all around me.

This question addressed by anyone...that is the apparent contradiction of keeping a magical diary to track your successes and the notion that magick works best when completely forgotten about after....do you have thoughts on this at all?

9.33. I had a weird experience a few years ago. Half asleep/ half awake and an old hag like creature leant over me and whispered in my ear “Akasha”. Woke up immediately and was freaked out for a few days after. It was so real and I had never heard that word before. It’s apparently an old Sanskrit word meaning space or sky.

@@Yahshija sorry to hear you were targeted by Vampires. They can do massive amounts of damage to your Aura and energy body with psychic attacks. Surrounding yourself with white light doesn't stop the psychic attacks and it also actually attracts them more to you. They are attracted by the bright light that surrounds your body, your aura. When you meditate more and draw in white light around. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't draw in the white light because it also does help you too.

This question addressed by anyone...that is the apparent contradiction of keeping a magical diary to track your successes and the notion that magick works best when completely forgotten about after....do you have thoughts on this at all?

It also has came to my understanding that people who take other people’s organs for organ trafficking are Vampires. What do you think about this perception?

9.33. I had a weird experience a few years ago. Half asleep/ half awake and an old hag like creature leant over me and whispered in my ear “Akasha”. Woke up immediately and was freaked out for a few days after. It was so real and I had never heard that word before. It’s apparently an old Sanskrit word meaning space or sky.
I guess the universe would like me to watch this…
