    Loved all the way your teach .... it is difficult for someone who is a beginner but the body get so free after the asanas couldnt realsie

    Amazing ! I couldn’t believe that doing just stretches itself would lead me to sweat it out. Thanks a lot Coach Rashmi !
    Also, I was like a weather vane on a windy day while doing natrajasana on my left side but a bit more steady like a tip-balanced boulder while doing the pose on my right side.
    P.S: Roo is just awesome, it’s like she knows how to work the camera and steal some of the spotlight 😆.

    This one was amazing! Super rejuvenating and made me feel confident in my practice. I love your 10 and 15 minute series but I would love to see longer, 20-30 minute sessions :)

    Request: Can you put more dance yoga sequences. They are very effective and fun.
    More 10 min full body workouts
    And workout for women with arthritis and knee injuries( meniscus tear)

    Just finished this one. It was an amazing short-duration asanas practice. Can you please tell me the name of asana you shared for the one in which we are putting our head on the ground with feet apart. of which you did A B, C variations. The name was long so I didn't get it. Thank you :)
