    I somehow forgot this video when it got out but found it today and it was totally what I needed. I so love the balance between strength, control and the deep stretches. Both body and mind feel so good afterward 🌹

    Dear Desiree, this workout is the one I always come back when I feel down and stucked. A lady has commented a long time ago below your other video, that she had felt so released after it, that she wanted to cry. That is my feeling each time I finish this specific workout - it is hard and gentle simultaneously...     This workout was absolutely stunning, though it was slow-paced I liked every movement. I was able to go deep and feel every movement of my body. Plank combination was my favourite section. Thank you so much ❤

    After almost two months of not being able to work out, I came across this inviting practice. It couldn't have arrived at a better time. You are still exercising, but in such a gentle tone you don't even realise, and then comes the sweating :)

    Hi Desiree, I took this class right when I got home after an extremely busy day at work today and I loved it as much as my first time taking it. You are a master at transitions [among other things] and the flow of this workout is perfection.     Just came across these slow pilates workouts and loved it. Don't have time to do workouts in the day due to having small loud kids running about but i did this in the evening when having time to myself and it was sooo worthwhile.

    This level of teaching is another level. The teaching prompts and instructions are second to none. A beautiful unique style that delivers effective and challeging workouts, always.     Outstanding..Music, peaceful yet strong flow of moves. I attended a funeral yesterday and started today in an emotional state expected after a funeral. Saw this new workout and thought wow how perfect for today for me. This class really lifted me up and my energy level. I read your other comments often and the vibe is the same.     I'll tell you something, since I've started doing your workouts, I have become stronger, flexible and mentally stable, I used to do yoga since I was 18 yrs old but adding your workouts with yoga has improved a lot and lot in me ❤️ I love myself more and more everyday... thanks for making my as well as other life better everyday...you are a amazing person 😘😘❤️.     I can't describe how much i feel good after doing one of your workout and that sensation it's never like doing that of other fitness instructor here on TH-cam! The only thing that lets me down is not having a week plan (that probably would make my workouts' choice balanced and planned)... I really hope you will do sooner or later, i think we all would appreciate it very much!!!💗

    I absolutely loved this! This was JUST what I needed after some time of not sleeping well after my Dad passed and feeling lots of tension in my body and feeling rather scattered. This brought me into the present and released SO much stiffness. I also LOVED the slower, controlled movements and I really felt a nice burn at times too. This was very different than anything I've ever done and I'll definitely be back to your channel for more Pilates routines! I feel SO good. Thank you.

    Dear Desiree....you have a great big HUGE heart! I felt it immediately. Thank you for not only thinking and acknowledging Ukraine's pain BUT ours too! This war has once again just like life has killed my heart. I am an HSP, INFJ, and Cancer ♋️ all rolled up into one. I need to be alone ALOT to recharge and when the world goes crazy I feel it all and want to be alone even more.
    I just can't comprehend when bad things are going how people can just go about partying!
    Social media with these stupid stars is driving me crazy!
    I do no social media at all...you can't find me anywhere except making these comments on TH-cam.
    They are usually loving and kind BUT lately I have verbally annihilated some people! 🤭 Push me too far and that's what happens!
    Anyway, I can't just tell you are a beautiful soul inside and out!

    I just finished this workout and truly feeling super amazing, calm , peaceful inside out and honestly the way while body got worked out as well as stretched out was really full filling the rest day with super affective pulsates workout .
