    My mother used to be a professional dancer, and we would have those challenging but fun workout sessions together when I was a kid. I'm so lucky to have found you and to be able to take your classes even though you're in New York and I'm in Wisconsin. Sadly after things opened up again, a number of my favorite and highly qualified teachers left the yoga studio I used to practice at.     Such a BAD Idea to do it during summer, I'm burning!!! And I'm a dancer smh. Wonderful video to work strength in the summer!!!
    Would you consider making a long video on active flexibility sometime? Front splits, middle split and back?
    We always read about how flexibility improves with active stretching and not passively sitting on our splits, but somehow we never do it

    Hello Desirée, hope you’re doing well. I just took this class and while I loved it and completed it, it was challenging for me, after my long break. Hopefully I’ll get back to my routine soon and my muscles will remember that they’re supposed to be strong 😆! Sending you love and hugs 🤗😘

    I loved that session - will definitely redo. Thank you for pulling together such a good mix of exercises ( I loved the solid core grind mixed with the juicy side stretches at the beginning). I am feeling really energized. 🙂

    loved it but my neck hurt so much from crutching it up in air for a long time. how u do that?

    Thank you! Any ideas for how to reduce pain in the pubic bone when doing that swimmy floor exercise?

      Yes! You may have to look into getting a thicker mat…or you could just fold yours in half so you have a double layer. I too experience pain if I’m on one of my thinner mats…it’s not necessarily something you’re doing wrong. It’s just the nature of the position. 🙈🙈🙈
