    Thank you for this stretching class, I feel like my body is waking up again after doing this exercise. I used to practice your advanced courses and the series of exercises helped me to keep my body balanced and healthy, but I had a serious medical problem last month and my body has not been able to recover. I have not been able to complete any of the advanced classes and I feel very frustrated. But after trying this class today, I feel a little more confident that I can still do it. Although I am not as physically strong as I used to be, I am still able to communicate with my body. Thank you for everything you've brought to me, love you with my whole heart

      Yes it's absolutely restorative! Just what I needed after illness. Deep breathing etc. Now I feel recovered enough to do a bit higher intensity.

    I cant even begin to say how perfect this was for me today. I moved furniture all day yesterday up and down 3 flights of stairs so I needed to stretch and not strain myself in workout today. This flow was awesome and the music oh so perfect for this workout. As always, thank you for having so much variety on what to choose from. I loved the back work in this one as well

    Yay, i 'm back. Lately bad luck hit me with shoulder tendon fracture the year before, this year for no reason, hamstring pain. Emergency on Christmas morning. 😢 still trying to heal, but I really need this one. Thank you Désirée.

    This was very good. The music was perhaps a tad bit too loud so the instructions would be difficult to follow for someone with hearing loss.
