- Surf longer.. shoot water photos longer by doing this every morning….This small change was the start of many things that got me feeling better in the ocean, recovering quicker and basically optimising my body so I could enjoy more time surfing and photographing from the water.
I mis pronounced the magic ingredient but you will get the picture.. Cramping up while shooting is dangerous and painful. Always hydrate with electrolytes etc. Great vid. super critical.
For sure... thanks Mike, yeah you don't want to be cramping up when a sets coming at you and there's a pile of rocks behind you!.. been there, its not fun at all
